Très agréable séjour dans un lieu privilégié loin de la foule. Appartement fonctionnel avec équipements. Jardin très bien entretenu par Enzo. Piscine exceptionnelle avec vue sur mer. Plage à environs 5 mins à pied avec peu de monde même en plein mois d’août. Terrain de tennis dans la propriété. Parking sur place. Calme et reposant. Draps, serviettes et climatisation sont en supplément, non précisé dans l’annonce Abritel. Merci beaucoup pour ce moment de détente dans un lieu unique.

Afgelegen met prachtig uitzicht

Ondanks dat het appartement erg klein is is het een prachtige plek om te verblijven. Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement en zwembad over zee is erg mooi. Voor koffie, restaurant en supermarkt moet je even rijden.

Urlaub fernab vom Tourismus

Ibiscusfarm befindet sich etwas abseits der vom touristischen Leben von St Antioco , was es sicherlich attraktiv fuer Ruhesuchende macht ! Der Pool u der wunderschöne gepflegte Garten , sind der Highlight der Anlage ,. Jedoch sollte sich jeder im Klaren sein Ibiscusfarm liegt etwas abseits , die App sind schlicht u zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Handtücher u Bettwaesche nur gegen Entgelt u eine konstante Internetverbindung ist auch nicht garantiert. Fazit , uns hat es gefallen , wir haben die Ruhe u Umgebung genossen , Enzo der Hausmeister war immer hilfsbereit u zuvorkommend. Sollte es uns in Zukunft wieder in die Gegend verschlagen , kommen wir gern wieder . Liebe Grüße aus Milano Nic, Max u Tom

C'est un coin de bout du monde avec ses avantages et inconvénients mais super chouette. La location est sympa mais meriterai un rafraichissement, des verres à vin et des chaises longues seraient appréciables. La piscine est bien, le jardin joli. En revanche louer 18€ par lit pour les draps et 25€ pour un jeu de serviettes relève de l'escroquerie.

Traumhafter, erholsamer Urlaub

Bei der Anreise waren wir im ersten Moment enttäuscht, da es weder kostenloses WLAN noch TV dort gibt. Dann aber haben wir gemerkt, dass uns dies überhaupt nicht fehlt. Die Poollandschaft ist einfach ein Traum (genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt) und sehr gepflegt. Ein Lob an den Hausmeister Enzo und seine Frau Mila, die bei Problemen sofort für einen da waren. Immer freundlich. Wir haben auf der Ibisco Farm 10 tolle, erholsame Tage verbracht. Wer also einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub, abseits vom ganzen Touristentrubel sucht, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wunderschöne kleine Badebuchten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Anlage, zu der die Wohnung gehört, liegt abgeschieden am Ende einer Straße. Das Gelände wirkt sehr gepflegt. Für Tennisfreunde: Der Platz ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.... Die Wohnung war top sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Strand unmittelbar an der Anlage ist etwas steinig, aber mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an sehr schönen Badestellen.

We (2+3) spent a most relaxing paradiselike holiday at Ibiscofarm. The pool and its view are just amazing and although august you could always find a lonesome spot at the beaches nearby. The property was very well kept and staff was friendly and helpful if needed. The house ( 4+2 seaview) was functional and served well for our family. But for 4 adults I would recommend one of the larger apartments since it is all open space. I still miss to take a swim in the morning and watch the sea. I can definitely recommend this unique place.

Casa un po' spartana ma accogliente in un gruppo di altre case collocate in un parco ordinato e ben tenuto, la piscina a fioro con vista mozzafiato sul mare è incantevole.ok la posizione distante da tutto nn è ideale X chi desidera una vita vivace e modaiola ma chi cerca relax e pace è perfetta. Sea, Sun, Good Food and Nature I rented a house for 2 consecutive years at the Ibiscofarm and we had a nice holiday. The house has a spiral staircase that connects the living area to the bedrooms. From the patio you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and pool. The houses (12 in total)are terraced. The town is 13 km away and the shops are open on Sundays. I recommend this holiday to those who want to be surrounded by nature. Good value for money.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren zu 5. in der wunderschönen Anlage "Ibisco Farm". Zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Als wir vor Ort waren, war die Hauptsaison bereits beendet und die Bürgersteige nach Oben geklappt. :) Hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört, denn wir wollten die wundervollen Strände und die Natur genießen. Die Anlage wird super gepflegt, es gibt Personal, dass immer vor Ort ist, auch wenn nur Isabella ein wenig Englisch sprechen kann und man sich mit den anderen mit Händen und Füßen unterhalten muss, sofern man selber kein oder zu wenig Italienisch kann. :) Die Zimmer sind "südländisch" eingerichtet - einfach nur funktionell - wer mehr erwartet muss in Italien auch einiges mehr an Geld in die Hand nehmen. Sauber war es auf jeden Fall. Der große Pool und die gesamte Anlage war in den ersten 2 Oktoberwochen nur für uns allein - es gab keine anderen Gäste - besonders schön war, dass wir den Pool für uns nutzen konnten und die Kinder sich austoben konnten ohne dort jemanden zu "stören". Der Pool wird auch jeden Morgen gereinigt. TOP!!! Den hauseigenen Strand können wir jetzt nicht bewerten, da in der Woche vor unserem Urlaub ein Unwetter über das Land gezogen ist und das Seegras an die Strände gespült wurde. Wenn das weg ist, dann ist das sicherlich ein fantastischer Strand. :) Nicht weit entfernt gibt es aber auch noch einen wunderbaren Strand "Spiaggia Coaquaddus" - sehr lange sehr flach, einfach karibisch! Wer keine großen Städte in der Nähe braucht und wen es nicht stört, auch mal 20 Mintuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt zu fahren, der sollte unbedingt hier Urlaub machen. Es lohnt sich!

Very scenic

I was very impressed with how beautiful the views were from Ibisco Farm - the property was amazing and well looked after too. My friends and I will definitely come back in the Summer and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the city and enjoy a couple of days of sunshine in a relaxing and quaint environment only walking distance from the sea.

Where did it go wrong?

Just return from the Ibisco Farm and I do not recognize the evaluations of other people. Ofcourse, the location is beautifull, the swimming pool okay (although I do not understand why it was closed for a day). But: the houses are very small, our house was not clean and not similair to the pictures as showed. No wooden furniture, no hanging bed. Plastic chairs and a dirty plastic table. We had a big discussion with the owner about chairs, about the lack of a mosquito-window. It was not possible to arrange things, if we are not happy we could leave (after 2 days, we already had paid 50%). Suprise: And the end of the day the mosquito-window was replaced, but we have never see the owner again. The people of Ibisco farm were not interested, did not came up with any suggestions what to do in the area and only asked when I pay the rest of the amount. Do not understand me wrong, at such a beautiful location it is hard not having a good time, but the people of Ibisco farm and the fact that they can not forfill the expectations that are made by the showed pictures are really a dissappointment. Wunderschöne Anlage, spartanisches Haus

Die Anlage ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos, eigentlich sogar noch schöner. Wir haben zwischen unseren Ausflügen viel Zeit im Pool und auf dem Tennisplatz verbracht oder einfach auf der Terrasse gesessen und den Blick aufs Meer genossen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Strände und eine geheimnisvolle verlassene Hotelanlage. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten ein Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern gemietet. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte allerdings keinen richtigen Schrank und keine Fensterläden. Der gemeinsame Wohnbereich war eigentlich zu klein, das war aber nicht schlimm, weil man das Leben gut nach draußen verlegen konnte. Wer dort Urlaub machen möchte, sollte folgendes einpacken: - Handtücher (die, die es gibt, muss man gegen Geld mieten) - Geschirrhandtücher - Fliegenklatsche - Klopapier
