Beautiful house in the most charming part of Trastevere. In the heart of Basilica di Santa Cecilia.
Intimate position of this 110 mq apartment permits you to stay two steps from main monuments but in perfect harmony with the view on Antique Santa Cecilia right from your balcony where you can enjoy a fresh coffe with the friends or family.

Apartment is situated on the second floor with some steps to walk. Entering in the house you can enjoy a big open space with living room & kitchen & balcony. Vintage extensible table up to 8, Flat screen smart TV, Netflix. From a long corridor you have access to a big bedroom with space for a wardrobe, big bathroom with a shower.
From another corridor you have the second bedroom, second bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom.
All beds are new & comfortable, with high memory foam mattress. Apartment provide hypoallergenic pillows/duvets as well.
In the bathroom you have washing machine with a dryer & hairdryer.
Kitchen is a fully equipped by : stove, oven, fridge, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, coffe maker Nespresso, toaster, squeezer, electric boiler, big choose of the utensils for to cook and for finish amazing vintage plates for to serve.
Apartment has A/C, System of the Heating and High Speed Free Wi-Fi.

location location location!

beautiful appartment in Trastevere 15min walk from the colosseum. Lots of restaurant options (it’s Trastevere after all!). Appartments has everything you need and has a lot of space considering you are in Rome. Would definitely recommend it.

Spacious apartment

Genovesi apartment is perfectly located for all sightseeing and good restaurants, in the old characteristic area of Trastevere. You can walk over one of the nearby bridges and find yourself in the Roman forum, or the Jewish quarter, or go a little further to Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum and beyond. The nearby restaurants are good, we tried La Fieramosca and da Enzo al 29 - both excellent. Via Genovesi is a busy little street and can be a bit noisy but that adds to its charm.

Amazing Place 10/10!!!!

Unbelievably amazing place. So much room so beautifully decorated, so clean, right above a very charming café with breakfast, coffee and wine ….grocery store, cafés restaurants all around you just step out the door…and you are there. I travel all over the world, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Check in was super simple, apartment was 10/10 for couples or a family. Very safe, great view off of balcony. Not sure how you could do better!

Charming apartment

Charming apartment but payment, check-in and directions to the apartment were not smooth. The money was given directly to the host.

Very sorry that you did not had the possibility to check all the easy and detailed with the pictures instructions about the directions ( picture with the building door/number, courtyard door and apartment door) prior to your arrival and called us the last minute when you were there, receiving immediately assistance with finding the apartment on the phone :D You are also called to the VRBO for ask the confirmation about the payment and they have confirmed the same procedure ( payment online) and not given directly to the host. Trastevere

What a beautiful place to land after arriving in Rome at8:00am. While we technically couldn’t check in until mid afternoon, the host allowed us to stop into the apartment briefly to drop our bags. The neighborhood it’s in is just what you’d hope for-quaint, cobbled-stoned narrow streets lined by small shops and restaurants, and very quiet with the exception of beautiful church bells. We’d stay here again a heartbeat. We walked from our train stop along the Tiber to get there-about 30 minutes. Just a lovely apartment and amenities! We walked to the Vatican, into city center and to Roma Termini to catch the fast train to Naples-so found that the location was perfect.

Trastevere

Buon spazio, location perfetto. Trastevere è ottimo. Cucina bene, molto pulito, facile self check in, wifi bene. Molto rumoroso nelle due camere da 22:00 alle 3:00 nella matina venerdì a martedì causa delle persone nella strada e magari un ristorante/bar vicino. Sfortunatemente questo si può risultare dificile di dormire durante questi tempi però in Trastevere lo nightlife è molto bello e magari se vuoi alloggiarti in questa ottima parte della città, a volte è così.
