Clean, comfy house in good location with many annoying defects and bad customer service
We stayed in the house with friends for a one moth workation in Gran Canaria: Positive: -Big house with 4 bedrooms -Very clean, good smelling, friendly place -Good location, not too noisy and close to the beach / city -Fair price for such a big house -Strong WIFI-Connection in the main room (50 - 250 mbit/s) Negative: -Many defects: We got trapped in the house on second day, because the maindoor lock was defect. The owner called people to open the lock with a flex, after I climbed out of the backyard to reach out to someone. Also one of us got trapped in the kitchen, because the door was defect. Same for the balcony on level 3 upstairs. The opening mechanism is defect. -Missing and defect shower door and shower head on level one bathroom -Defect kitchen table -Framed pictures fall off the walls and could potentially hit your head while sleeping -Fridge leaks sometimes -many more tiny defects -Weak WIFI-Connection on second floor (1 - 5 mbit/s) -We got only one key for 4 people living there; after asking 5 times, we got another one from the owner, that only worked for the main door, not for the entrance gate, so we needed to climb over the fence sometimes -Communication with the agency was not to much fun, they did reply sometimes, but were not really interested in fixing things asap All in all 2,5 Stars out of 5
