It has a spacious lounge room and dining room; large kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, deep fryer and coffee. It has four very spacious and bright bedrooms, two with double bed and two single beds, spread over two floors, each floor has a spacious bathroom.
It also has air conditioning upstairs and WiFi.
It has two terraces, one of them equipped with BBQ, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator plus a spacious sun terrace.

The location of the bungalow is very good. Located in a service road with little traffic and parking at the door. Located less than five minutes from Faro 2 which has supermarket and restaurants Mall.
It is also found in the area of ​​Maspalomas Golf Course and 20 minutes walk from the beaches of English and Maspalomas.

LOCKDOWN NIGHTMARE

We arrived on March 1st for what was to be a 4 week vacation, due to coronavirus Covid19 outbreak we were put in lockdown from 14th March, all shops, restaurants etc closed. On Wed 18th we got notification that our flight home on 29th had been cancelled and needed to arrange alternative flights, we managed to get the last rescue flight to Glasgow on Sat 21st, staying overnight and returned home with Easyjet. I contacted the owner explaining the situation. I asked if she would refund the money for the last weeks rental. she declined. It was a very stressful time.

I cann't refund the money for this week but I offer them to come at the house in another date when everything finish to use that week. This is a very difficult situation for everybody.

Villa review

Excellent villa, managed really well by Christine. We had a lovely time there, only missed English news on the television. Area is very quiwr and shared pool very well maintained.

Bestes Haus in GC in der Preislage bisher.

Von Ausstattung über Lage (zentral und super-ruhig) alles top. Ob Handtücher, Strandtücher, Mikro, Ofen, WIFI, 2 Terrassen alles sauber und gepflegt. 10 Minuten nach playa del ingles 20 zum Strand oder Taxi zu lachpreisen. Ruhige Anlage die auch top gepflegt wird (poolservice, Garten, etc.) Wir kommen wieder 👍

SEJOUR EN JANVIER 2017

La villa est conforme au descriptif , avec un point fort pour ses 2 superbes terrasses dont une de 40m2 avec barbecue et Transat .L'intérieur est spacieux , propre bien agencé (Chambres, salles d'eau ,cuisine, salon)tout impeccable avec une bonne wifi. La villa est très bien située au calme, à proximité d'un commerce (5mm à pied).La playa Maspalomas(ma préférence) à 30mm à pied mais ca se fait bien. Auquel cas autobus à 200mm ou Taxi pour 3€/4€ . La propriétaire Me Christina Gonzales Armas est très attentionnée , à notre arrivée 01h00 du matin elle nous attendait , le frigo était achalandé de boissons fraiches avec quelques petites choses à manger rien que pour nous. 11 Jours de soleil à la mi Janvier c'est fort agréable, Maspalomas (sud de l'ile) à ma préférence face à l'ile de Tenerife que je connaissais. Je recommande vivement cette location (jusqu'à 6 personas) pour la villa ,autant pour la gentillesse de Me Christina Gonzales Armas. Eric Palamara. Lyon

Ideal for family and friends holiday

its nice, clean and cosy bungalow. The location is rather quiet so it's Ideal for family holidays. It's a bit far from the beach but it's not a problem if you're a fan of walking. In general, everything fits the description. Cristina is very friendly owner. We spent two great weeks there!
