The 220 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. The living room is very cozy. Relax on one of your sofas watching TV-Sat, reading a book or simply relaxing by the fireplace. The space for the dining room is equipped with a table and chairs. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, is fully equipped so that you can cook and eat together. It has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms located on the first floor, all with air conditioning and views of the garden. Three of them offer a double bed and one has two single beds.
The house is located about 850 meters from Inca, a large town in the center of the island with charm and with many shops where you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms, etc. In addition, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of the leather and tanning shops, for its famous cellers (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Mallorcan cuisine and its traditional market on "Thursdays", which has been held uninterruptedly for more than 7 centuries. For those who wish to extend beyond dinner, they have the Plaza del Ángel area where there are different bars and terraces where you can have a drink. Just 25 minutes driving you will reach the Bay of Alcúdia, which has more than 30 km of coastline where sandy beaches predominate, alternating quiet beaches and other more lively ones, such as the Port of Alcúdia and less than 25 minutes can be reached by car. to the monastery of Lluc, located on a great mountain in the Tramuntana.
