Fantastic and modern apartment located in a very quiet private urbanization. Furnished, with large terraces and stunning views over the port, surrounding mountains and Soller. It has a kitchen, living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. The main terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers for sunbathing. Swimming pool to share between the 3 apartments. Not recommended for people with limited mobility, since access is through stairs.
We recommend arriving by car, since the apartments are on a hill and the supermarket is not nearby. Easy parking.
The beach, restaurants and shops are a 15 minute walk away.

Amazing views great location although made the mistake of walking down to the Port one night and the walk back up was pitch black and pretty hard going. So definitely glad we had a car.
Fabulous pool not sure if it’s communal but nobody else used it.

A wonderful apartment with a great balcony

We really enjoyed our stay. We have been to Puerto Sóller for many years but never stayed so high up before. The view of the port is amazing.

Giant Balcony with an Incredible View

We had a lovely time at Regina's apartment. Everything was clean, check in and check out were both easy and the views were incredible. We spent much of our time on the balcony overlooking the port.

Great apartment with amazing views over the port. Definitely need a car as road conditions are poor, not so suitable for walking with pram, young kids.

Wonderful views and hosts

Amazing view of Port Soller from every bedroom! Massive terrace for eating outside or just enjoying the views, as well. The hosts make excellent recommendations for anything you could want in the port or in town. The only downside -- and this is true for most places up on the hills by the port -- is mosquitos are plentiful.

Nice apartment was awesome view

The apartment is a beautiful spot. While sitting in the kitchen or on the terrace you can view the awesome Marina line from Porto Soller. It is very refreshing to get a bus in the pool.

Great location overlooking Port de Soller

Warm welcome from Regina and easy checking process, she shared her best addresses to guide us. The apartment was as shown in the photos, clean and well equipped. Large terrasse with incredible view of Port de Soller and the surrounding mountains.

Excellent apartment!!

Well described property with friendly and very helpfull host! We had an excellent stay in a very nice area of Mallorca. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with all facilities for 6 people. The host was helpfull with everything from restaurant recommendations to local taxi drivers. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to retunr next year.

Fabulous views and lovely host

We stayed here for 5 nights and the view was breathtaking. The pool was great for the kids, particularly with the shaded cover which meant we didn’t have to worry about them getting burnt in the august heat! Well equipped apartment. Plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or 6!

a wonderfull house with a fabulous view

The house was even better than we expected. All the rooms and the huge outdoor terrace have a great view over Port de Soller and the Mediterranean. The interior could use some refurbishment, but was still okay for us. A perfect location for wonderful holidays. The communication was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay but I would hire a car especially if you’re doing supermarket runs. Amazing views, only thing that was not explained was that the pool is saltwater and all the water that comes out of the taps in the apartment is also saltwater!! But we had a lovely stay load of great restaurants and bars close by and beach is great.

Thank you very much for your comment. There are 2 types of pools: those that use chlorine and those that use salt to keep them clean. It is increasingly common to have a saltwater pool because they are healthier: they do not smell like chlorine, less chemicals, better for the skin... About tap water, it is true, in this area of Port of Soller, we do not have a good quality of water. For years we have been trying to get the city council to fix it... and we keep trying. We are happy to know that despite the water, you have enjoyed your vacation in our apartment. Our best wishes

The apartment was big, nice and clean. The view is amazing. You need 15 minutes to the beach, if you walk. It has a good posibility to park the car. The pool is sweet. We stayed with our baby. She had her our babybed an a babychair. Thanks for the nice holyday.

Stunning Apartment with the most spectacular views of the beautiful Port de Soller!!!

Our 5 day break at this beautiful apartment was just what we needed. From the start Regina was hugely helpful. Everything was just as we had hoped. The apartment was well decorated, very clean, well equipped, very comfy and in a great location. Plenty of seating for inside and out. Well equipped kitchen with all you need. The aircon worked very well which was needed due to the high temperatures. The standout elements of the apartment were the outside space, the large terrace offers stunning views of the bay and mountains. The pool was a great addition for cooling off, very nice setting. Port de Soller is a safe lovely place, very relaxed with many places to eat. The tram to Soller runs very frequent and is worth a visit. We shall be rebooking next year!!! Corinna

Alles super!

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und super Aussicht. Regina war eine herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles war sehr sauber. Manche Möbel sind sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns gar nicht gestört. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Les points positifs: - Regina a été très arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et nous la remercions - Vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Soller - Piscine grande, calme et agréable -Endroit calme et reposant -Les lits et matelas sont corrects Le points négatifs: -appartement u peu vétuste qui mériterait d'être rénové et mieux entretenu -La propreté laissait à désirer -Un peu loin du port et de la plage (il faut une voiture mais difficulté pour se garer en haute saison)

Tolle Aussicht, schlechtes Bad

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wahnsinns Aussicht, unschlagbar und wunderschön. Wir sind Nachts angekommen, ca 24 Uhr und kamen mit der Keybox nicht zurecht. Die Inhaberin musste helfen und war nicht sehr erfreut. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist riesig. Die Betten und Handtücher waren sauber. Alles ist Klimatisiert. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, haben wir wohl in der Anzeige anders aufgenommen. Das Bad war leider sehr schlecht. Der Wasserhahn der Dusche flog einen entgegen, Grünspan und Schimmel vorhanden. Die Zufahrt ist schwierig. Dafür hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Zu Fuß in die Bucht zu gehen wäre extrem anstrengend, ca 2,2 Kilometer steil bergauf.

Dear Karsten, thank you for your comment. This is the first time in years that someone has had trouble opening the key box. The neighboring house, where you called, is private and lives a family with children. It is normal that they would get angry when calling late at night. You have a phone number to call in case of any problem. I'm sorry your shower faucet broke. Sometimes things break, and we try to fix it as soon as possible. As the water is slightly salty, the metal parts are damaged more frequently, but it is not dirt. We always recommend renting a car because we are on a hill, that's why we have such amazing views. Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : la villa a une vue magnifique, la piscine est très bien, la maison est confortable. Il y a 3 apprts à louer sur la même annonce, du coup on ne sait pas très bien quelle est la terrasse ou l'apprt que l'on loue, c'est pour cela que j'ai mis que 4 étoiles. Hormis cela, je recommande, c'est un cadre idyllique. On peut aller à 15 min à pied faire des courses, au restaurant...
