I am sorry to totally contradict what wrote: 1) the language I studied is English and not American language; 2) the entrance door drags a little on the floor, if you push it opens completely; 3) on the website there is the symbol of the 2 services you can see the composition of the services: on the ground floor: sink, toilet, bidet, shower; and in the attic: bidet, toilet, sink; tub/shower (not tub and shower); I could never have written the whirlpool tub, there wouldn't even be space; 4) in the advert it is not written that the rooms had air conditioning, but only fans, even though Room A has it. I would point out that the temperatures during the stay were around 18-24°C, which means that even if there had been air conditioning, there was no need to use it. This shows how guests are inclined to write negative reviews; 5) Room A had a chest of drawers available and a wardrobe; Room B: 3 drawers in the furniture in the room; room C a chest of drawers with 4 drawers; 6) in the internal, unattended parking lot, I park my AUDI A4 car, larger than the guests'; I pointed out that some guests had damaged their car and I said that they could leave it on the street, if they didn't want to risk it, it's not my fault; 6) it's not true that the advert says that sheets and towels would be provided; I didn't want to insist on the paltry sum of €26, which I find ridiculous; in any case I sent the email on May 13, in which I described the house and wrote "I specify that the rate does not include linen; if you wanted to ask for it, it is paid for with the following costs: Double € 5, single € 4, guest towels € 2; shower towel € 2"; therefore any dispute should have been raised there"
Finally, what really shocked me is 1) that they did not sign the contract that I had left on the table for filling and sign it calmly, given the great delay for the check in; 2) the invasiveness of rummaging in the cupboard in the dining area, because when I welcomed them, I went around the house and in the kitchen I opened all doors under the sink and the stove and the fixed oven; indicating the shelves with the glasses, cups, flat plates, soup plates and small plates, all the pots, pans, tureens and salad bowls, I indicated the oven to use, the toaster and the kettle; as well as the drawer with the tea towels for the dishes, and the one of the table containing the tablecloths. Even though I didn't explicitly say that the doors and drawers of the 2 pieces of furniture shouldn't have been opened, not only did they open them and took paper doilies, which I later found in the garbage 3) I didn't find 5 of the 6 plates provided and I asked where they were and they wrote to me that they had put them together with the ones I had inside the belief instead of putting them back where they had found them. So not only did they invade my privacy and almost accuse me for using MY FURNITURE in MY HOUSE, as if it were forbidden to rent the villa where I live. Never before had such behavior happened, with so many Italian and foreign guests who stayed in my property.
I'm sorry I expressed positive votes towards them, alas! before reading their review; I didn't want to rail against their behavior to avoid negative effects on future bookings.
