First time to Chamonix….
We had a delightful stay at Apartment Green. The location in Les Praz was perfect for both the skiers and non-skiers in our party - a couple of minutes walk to the Flégère lift, the train and the bus, with access to restaurants, bars and L’Épicerie, the small grocery and bakery. Easily manageable without a car, though the property comes with two spaces. Walkable to Chamonix Centre. We had one mechanical issue which was addressed within 30 minutes. A wonderful first experience for us in Chamonix.

Love our annual return rental
The Green apartment is fantastic! Its location to rhe lifts plus it being in the quiet town of Les Praz make it perfect for us. Louise, our house cleaner, was impeccable. Elodie, navigated a maintenance issue gracefully and came up with a working solution quickly. We intend to stay again next year and the year after that . I would recommend the apartment and Ten80’s services anytime!

We have been spending the summers in Chamonix for the past 3 years and always stay in Les Praz. We have spent more for lodging, as well as less, and this apartment is by far the best value for the price. it is not inexpensive, but well worth it. Fantastic location a few meters away from the train station, Flegere lift, restaurants and hiking trails. New construction, well appointed, spacious rooms. Underground parking for 2 cars, large private patio and garden with fantastic views. Great property manager helps make the stay even better. We are already making plans to come back next summer.
Renting this property was a very smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish, the apartment was I great condition and had everything you might need! 5/5
