Our beautiful stone family holiday home, 200 m2 with 5 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace, is a 3* listed gîte. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, and each of the wings has 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Located in the privileged environment of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Natural Park, it is an idyllic and quiet place to welcome a family or a group of friends.
The house, like the large garden, has a number of spaces allowing everyone to meet for common activities, or to stay apart, more isolated.
All rooms enjoy a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux.
3 bathrooms with toilets are available on the ground floor and upstairs in each of the wings. A terrace on the ground floor has a large protected barbecue and teak furniture for comfortable outdoor dining for 10 people, in the shade of a velum.
A large heated swimming pool of 10m X 5m (between the beginning of May and the end of October) is located near a bowling green, all on a landscaped and wooded garden of 5500 m2. The swimming pool is secured by a compliant electric shutter. 10 deckchairs/sunbeds are at your disposal, as well as a pergola with garden furniture allowing you to watch the pool in the shade, or simply to read or enjoy the high-speed Internet.
No opposite will disturb you.

The parking space at the entrance of the property easily accommodates 7 cars.
Possibility of a Weekend Package from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday evening 6 p.m. at 950 € (excluding July/August). It is also possible to reduce the capacity to 3 bedrooms/6 rooms, by closing the west wing, at a studied rate, outside high season.

The house can be the starting point for many hikes, with, among other things, a marked GR trail 15 minutes away on foot. Numerous passes and gorges allow you to organise beautiful excursions, and detailed maps of the surroundings as well as a 3D relief map are there, which open the doors to our beautiful region.
You will be 10km from Buis-les-baronnies (all shops, 2 supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, health centre, cinema, festival, Provencal market 2 times a week, sports activities, via ferrata, rental of electrically assisted bicycles).
1 hour from Orange TGV, 1 hour 15 minutes from Avignon TGV, 2 hours from Valence TGV, 45 minutes from the Aulan gorges (Haut Toulourenc), 25 minutes from Vaison La Romaine, 35 minutes from Nyons, 1 hour 15 minutes from the summit of Mont Ventoux.
