About this property

NEW LISTING!! Beautifully restored stone cottage in tranquil rural setting.

On the southern tip of Cantal overlooking the Lot Valley , La Maison du Four sleeps 4 and offers peace and solitude all year round. This part of the valley is not well known, indeed the Secret Lot!
The cottage, on 3 floors, has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom, on the upper floor, has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom, on the lower ground floor, has twin beds and an ensuite shower room with basin and toilet.
The comfortably furnished lounge, dining area and modern, fitted oak kitchen have all the equipment needed to make your stay memorable, including wifi and UK and Continental television.
Outside there are two terraces facing the Lot Valley. The large, south-west facing terrace has a BBQ and patio furniture. Essential shade is provided by a large parasol or the roof of the adjoining bread oven from which the house has its name.
The second small terrace is south facing, ideal for an early cup of coffee before the heat of the day or a glass of wine in the cool of the evening.
