Un séjour reposant

L'appartement Lîle de Sein a une vue fantastique sur les cales du port militaire et sur le bâtiment des Capucins. De jour comme de nuit, c'est vraiment sympa à regarder.Nous avons passé 5 jours extrêmement reposants, l'appartement est très bien insonorisé, la rue n'est pas du tout passante. Il est idéalement situé à 200 mètres des Capucins, lieu piéton et culturel idéal pour les enfants et adultes. Il s'y passe toujours quelque chose. Le téléphérique permet de rejoindre en un temps record l'autre rive et ainsi l'autre partie de la ville.Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner à Noël prochain.

Pas terrible - appart Ile de ré

Un peu déçus. Envoyant les photos je m'attendais à un logement avec des équipements neuf et bien agencé. Enfaite, il s'agit de photo pêle mêles de plusieurs logements dans le bâtiment. Les parties communes sont hors du temps. Logement au troisième ou quatrième étage ( ile de ré), pas d'ascenseur, une galère avec un enfant de - 3 ans et toutes les affaires. ( enfant pourtant annoncé durant ma réservation) Pas une seule porte de placard/dressing n'était convenablement fixée, les matelas nettement trop souples. Au moment de faire dormir mon enfant dans son lit, je découvre des vêtements d'autrui sous la couette... Le propriétaire (dont vous ne verrez jamais le visage) m'a répondu par sms, juste un " oui bien sûr" quand je lui ai demandé si le logement avait été nettoyé. Pas la moindre excuse par la suite. La nuit tombée, les moustiques envahissent l'appartement si vous laissez ouvert les fenêtres. Aucune place de parking réservé pour les logements hormis le Qpark payant à 300m accessible jusqu’à une certaine heure. Il y avait une agréable vue sur le chantier naval à cet étage mais il faut aimer ce type d'architecture et les nuisances liées à cette activité. Le livret d’accueil avec les activités est pas mal. Néanmoins, les alentours de l'emplacement de l'appartement n'étaient pas vraiment rassurant ou spécialement agréable. Le logement restait cependant fonctionnel pour juste dormir(et combattre les moustiques), se laver, manger. Internet fonctionnait correctement.

Cours séjour en famille

Appartement parfaitement équipé, tout y était ! Petit plus pour les draps avec lit fait et le prêt des serviettes de bain, très pratique surtout sur un court séjour! Communication excellente avec Anthony pour cette location, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir être libre sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ grâce à la boîte à clé. Merci aussi pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée très appréciées par les enfants! 😉 dommage nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la machine à pop corn nous avons fait des déçus 😉
