The Post House - Apartment 3

This is one of 2 two-bedroom apartments located in Main Street in the heart of Kinsale. Newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and furnished with all essential amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A highchair and single folding bed are available on request.

You could not wish for a more central convenient location than this.

There are a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments located in Main Street which is in the heart of Kinsale.

You will have you own private apartment with access to an external communal courtyard. All apartments have brand new fully fitted kitchens and amenities although you may make little use of these as Kinsale is home to over 65 eateries and is known as the Gourmet Capital of Ireland!

All restaurants are within walking distance of the apartments and you will be spoiled for choice in terms of pubs and bars with many providing traditional live music each evening.

Just about everything is in walking distance but bike, taxi and car hire are readily available.

There are plenty of other things to do in Kinsale other than eat or drink although these are a great place to start! Great for Golfers as home to the world famous 'The Old Head of Kinsale' Golf course. Historic places to visit such as Charles Fort, Desmond Castle etc. Lovely beaches which are hugely popular for water sports. Horse Riding, Hiking, Breath taking scenery. Kinsale Tourist centre is located very close by where you will be able to get plenty of other ideas but you can view further information by going to Kinsale.

Amazing!

Varun made our arrival seamless and gave us several options for parking. Kinsale is magical and The Post House is the ideal homebase to experience it. It's central location allowed us to explore and experience the best of Kinsale into the wee hours. Wonderful, thank you so much for sharing this with us!

Skip this property !!!

The fire alarm went off at 9:30 pm. We grabbed our stuff ran into hallway of apartment and it was just our unit . I called 7 times to the host and NO response !!! Other tenants tried to help to shut off alarm as it was a false alarm. No emergency numbers were written near fire alarm and the neighbors said this happens ALL the TIME! So fix it landlords!!’ Oh and the shower had black mold through out it . The host finally came And said “I had my earbuds in listening to music and reading g a book “ this is why hotels say you should never stay at VRBO like places as there is no person to contact !! Even VRBO responded with an automated response !!! Even after I typed Emergency !! What a joke !! Good thing we didn’t die !!!

We were traveling with two couples and loved the location of being directly downtown in Kinsale. It was clean and the host responded quickly to all issues and apologized for the VRBO listing a washing machine which was not available to us. There is a free parking lot very close to the apartment but is first come first serve. We had no problems with parking but if you patiently wait a space usually opens up.

Great Location in beautiful Kinsale!

The apartment was wonderful easy check, very clean and comfortable apartment. The location of the Post House was central to everything. We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to go back-we loved Kinsale!

My name is James and I live in the UK but I was born in Co .Limerick originally. I have been visiting Kinsale for the last 10 years as I fell in love with the superb cuisine, lively pubs and fantastic scenery not to mention the friendly locals so now spend half the year here. I recently purchased these apartments in Main Street Kinsale and decided to refurbish them to a high standard and let them as holiday lets so that other people can also enjoy what Kinsale has to offer and hopefully love it as much as I do.
