About this property

Newlands Farm Stables - Stable 1,2,3 group Booking

perfect for a Group trip you can book all three of our stables as one booking.

Enjoy the courtyard BBQ and Fire pit just you and your group.

Stable 1 & 2 - Tripple bunkbed (double underneath single on top) and a click clack sofa bed
Stable 3 - Double bed with a double pull out sofa bed.
We recommend 2 Adults per stable

The stables are compact and a similar layout to PODs
each stable has a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)
Kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle)

outside there is terrace per stable with BBQ and fire pits - as this booking is for all three you have access to all stable areas
Newlands farm stables are a collection of 5 Glamping Properties

THESE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE A TV OR A COOKER EACH HAS A BBQ TO COOK ON.

The properties back on to a railway Station.

All properties are provided with tea, coffee, milk and linen (more available on request) as well as all utensils needed for cooking.

Traditional Ensuites – These are stables 1 & 2, Sleep up to 4 guests in a Triple Bunk Bed and a pull out sofa bed. They have a private bath room with a shower and a Kitchenette

Superior En suite – Stable 3. Sleeps up to 4 Guests in a double bed and a double sofa bed. It has a private en suite with a shower and a Kitchenette

All the above have access to their own BBQs and fire pits. They can also be booked as a block under the connected barn.

As well as the Stables we have two Barn conversions available

Heather Barn (Barn en-suite with shower). This features a large open plan kitchen dinner and living room. Has two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The sofa pulls out to a double bed so the property sleep 6 in total. There is a Gas BBQ outside as well as access to a fire pit

Bracken Barn (Barn Luxury shared bathroom) – This has the same layout as Heather with a few added extras. Outside there is a POD which sleeps two guests and a BBQ hut. Bracken Barn sleeps 8 guests in total.

All Accommodation is Pet friendly we ask the £5 pn per pet is paid via an honesty box.
A bucket of logs is left for all guests with access to extras again paid via an honesty box.

PLEASE NOTE! THERE ARE NO OVENS IN ANY PROPERTIES OR TVS.

The property also backs on to a railway, we have put sound blocking fences up to try and limit the noise as much as possible.

With access to national cycle routes including C2C ,the Lakes and Dales Loop, Exactly half way on the lands end to John O'Groats route

Amazing weekend with friends in a beautiful location
Amenities perfect, everything we needed and then some. Decor was lovely and loved the fact we could all stay in one place. One thing could have improved it which was more than 1 umbrella however the weather was rubbish so it wasn't an issue at all. We would have made it work had the weather worked though :)
