Total Scam
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a vacation rental.
I didn't receive any contact information from the "owner" upon booking (although I received several instructional emails about being a good neighbor during the stay, and a confirmation that they charged me for the stay, so they obviously had my contact information). I didn't receive check-in information for this rental, even after being charged for it the morning of my stay. I had to request the information when we arrived, and didn't receive a response with the necessary information until 4 HOURS LATER!!! 15 minutes before the deadline to check-in! By that time we were already going to bed at a hotel an hour away.
Since messaging through the VRBO app asking for a refund I've been completely ignored. Their managing company, SmartMove Hotels, has ignored any request for assistance.
Save yourself the hassle, save yourself the money from this scam listing, and stay, literally, anywhere else.
