Villa Protea - 5 bedroom close to beach, pool, games room

Designed with the outdoors in mind, Villa Protea has a traditional design and picturesque details. This 4 bedroom plus 1 extra bedroom villa (additional cost) offers accommodation spacious enough for a large group or family, complete with a private pool, games room and being within walking distance of local amenities.

The villa is surrounded by a mature garden with pine trees which allow for some amazing shaded areas - ideal for children to play. There is a large private swimming pool furnished with sun loungers for all guests and a shaded dining area for alfresco dining.

The villa has three levels: at the level of the garage and the pool there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a games room with a pool table.

On the ground floor is the living-dining room which opens south facing onto a large veranda. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen with cable TV, wifi and comfortable sofas. The dining room is decorated with a beautiful set of antiques and has direct access to the kitchen. We recently remodeled the kitchen but kept the famous Portuguese tiles as a decorative detail - it's beautiful! From the kitchen you can go to the babrbecue terrace, equipped with a built-in charcoal barbecue. On this floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the pool floor, you will find a space with a snooker table, plus a bathroom with shower and the extra bedroom with two single beds. This room is only available when requested by guests.

The beautiful beach and small selection of restaurants in Castelo can be reached within a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive. Further afield is the lively town of Albufeira, with its marina and charming old town to impress from dusk till dawn, just a ten minute drive away.

Weekly rental includes bath and pool towels, light cleaning, air conditioning and WiFi.
