Aptly named ‘North Sea Views’, this gorgeous holiday cottage resides within a peaceful cul-de-sac on the dramatic headland of Knipe Point, just to the south of the historic coastal town of Scarborough. This location is ideal location for exploring the dramatic Yorkshire Coastline, and only a short stroll away from the beach following the steps down from the cliff top. The Cleveland Way passes by the doorstep, taking you along the coast and then inland into the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
The Yorkshire coastline draws guests back year upon year, with welcoming locals, fresh local seafood, a fascinating seafaring history and many picturesque views. Here at North Sea Views you can enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the living room, with glass patio doors making the most of the views. Stepping out through the patio doors decking offers an ideal vantage point, looking down over the headland and out to sea. Savour the views by enjoying dinner al-fresco! The attractive living room has two large three seater sofas and with a wide screen TV. This is open plan with the dining area, perfect for entertaining over a bottle of wine. The owners have provided lots of additional extras to make your stay more comfortable, including plenty of books to choose from. The modern kitchen generously equipped, ready to create all of your favourite meals. There are two well sized bedrooms, comprising a kingsize and a double, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside is a second side garden, with a hose for cleaning walking boots as well as bikes, alongside a shed with sun loungers and other beach equipment for you to use. Nearby is much to see and do, including many beautiful bays and beaches, such as Filey with over 5 miles of golden sand. Visit Scarborough with its Sea Life centre, open air theatre, Peasolm Park with oriental gardens and paddle boats, and Alpamare Water Park and Spa. For nature lovers you have Bempton Cliffs RSPB bird centre, with nesting puffins and gannets. Flamborough Head is beautiful with dramatic white cliffs, seals and an iconic lighthouse. The stately homes of Sewerby Hall or Castle Howard are ideal for a day out. Explore the nearby North Yorkshire Moors National Park- the nearby village of Thornton Le Dale is a great spot to begin from, where you can enjoy an ice cream before venturing out on one of the many walking trails onto the moors. Beach 520 yards. Shop 1¾ miles, pub 1½ miles and restaurant 1 mile.
North Sea Views can be booked together with Sea Views and Sea Views Three to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Nice welcome pack which was appreciated lovely bungalow and amazing views garden for our dog and she was totally secure the outside furniture needs updating one of the arms is loose but we still sat outside it was nice to have the parking space without all the steps up as my friend is disabled it was difficult to get over the bath to the shower but she managed the bungalow was lovely and clean and cimfortable and the kitchen was set out nicely too all in all really nice when we thought we’d left a charging lead behind the owners went above and beyond to try locate it fortunately it was found tucked under the lining of the suitcase but we appreciated all they did to help recommend North Sea views to anyone
