A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Our third stay at Nigel’s properties (previous 2 at Beachcomber his other house). As before, I can’t fault anything- the house was just right for us with our 2 young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen, open plan layout downstairs and with the good weather we had the patio doors always open out into the grassy areas behind for the kids to play out when we were inA good base to visit the attractions in the area and within a short walk of the beach (quite a steep path)I think we will be back for our 4th visit next year!

Lovely property in a great area only slightly let down for us was not being able to book into the on site pub, it was a bank holiday weekend so we should have thought about pre booking, other than that had a lovely time

Super cottage

We have stayed at The Bay many many times in differing properties and this was exceptional! Immaculate, spacious (plenty for 4 people) and a great location. Highly recommend this cottage.

Lovely property

We had a pleasant three night stay. The cottage was clean and the owners were fantastic when we needed help getting a light bulb changed. The property was located in a great part of the site, close to the facilities but still nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage, comfy sofas and beds. Needed to wash cutlery, pots and pans before we could use them as had dried food or sticky bits on them and cupboard shelves were sticky and had crumbs. Other than that we had a lovely stay, thank you.

Lovely place, lovely and bright upstairs which french doors in our room, good shower. Spacious living/dining area. Lots of toys/games for the kids to play with. Parking is a bit awkward as it's not directly outside the property, but there are parking lots at either side of the rows of houses. Takes about 15-20 mins to walk down to the beach, which when the tide is out, has stunning views . Can walk to Filey across the beach as well.

Absolutely beautiful holiday home & 100%will be staying again Nigel is a fabulous host with great communication. The were 4 adult and our small dog Ollie. If you book it you wont be disappointed.

BEACH VIEW

This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

Amazing

We have stayed at a few of these rentals at the Bay and this one is by far the best. Absolutely lovely, and very clean with no doggy smell. We have dogs but hate that most places that are dog friendly have a doggy smell. The host was lovely and let us have an early check in so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our 1st day. It’s a lovely quiet place great for kids and adults alike. The location to the beach is perfect. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

We live in Derbyshire with our two teenage sons and cairn terrier. Our cairn terrier loves the beach and wildflower meadow walks, our sons love the gym, the pool and the many other activities on The Bay and we enjoy the fact that everyone else is having a great time.

Why they chose this property

You will not be short of things to do if you are looking for an active break; choose from cycling, golf, fishing, archery. tennis, kayaking, swimming, gym and more. Then relax over a game of pool in the John Paul Jones Pub.
If you prefer a more relaxed break, after a stroll along the beach, pamper yourself in the onsite leisure complex sauna and beauty room before a friendly game of boules and slow bar-be-que back at the cottage.

What makes this property unique

This cottage is in a great location on The Bay complex. It is light and airy; you will just go into "holiday mode" the moment you walk through the door.
