About this property

Private villa with a walled garden.

Completely renovated villa (in 2020), with a 1,500 m² walled garden; located in Montaren and St. Médiers, 2 km from St. Quentin-la-Poterie and 4.5 km from the magnificent town of Uzès, the first duchy of France. The house offers every comfort, including a 5m x 10m swimming pool, a large 4m x 6m arbor providing much-needed shade in the summer, a BBQ, and 3 bedrooms—each with its own toilet and bathroom, 2 with showers and one with a bathtub.
We’re just a stone’s throw from Nîmes (34 km), providing easy access to the TGV or Garons Airport, and also 45 km from Avignon—there’s no shortage of activities: hiking, horseback riding, kayaking to the famous Pont du Gard, bike or quad bike rentals, golf in Uzès (9 holes) and two other 18-hole courses in Nîmes.
No neighbors, just 7 hectares of truffle oaks and garrigue.
