Family Friendly home on a wooded lot 1 1/3 miles from the Big House! 4 bedrooms (Two upstairs and two down) and three baths (The one upstairs has a bath, but no shower) available for home football games and graduation.

Walk to York or Roos Roast for your coffee and brunch, and hit up Fraser's or Madras Masala for after the game for dinner and drinks - or cook in our kitchen just like you're at home!

Perfect spot in Ann Arbor

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in a quiet community. Plenty of space for our family to use on a game weekend. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer. We look forward to returning!

The house works well for our annual father/son weekend. Clean and comfortable sleeping areas. Kitchen, screened porch, fire pit a plus. The owners are nice folks and easy to work with. A decent walk to downtown and/ or stadium but manageable

Great place and super clean

Katie is a really helpful host and has a lovely family home. Perfectly clean and everything in good condition. This is a great place to stay for families with plentiful toys for the kids. The garden is great with a swingset and large area to play. Lovely quiet neighborhood, can walk home from the game.

Perfect for UMICH Family Weekend

Great space and location just far enough away to feel peaceful but close enough to walk to the Big House. The hosts were warm and helpful and left wine, beer and staples for us to enjoy. The house was both spacious and spotless, super comfortable for all. Wholly recommend!

Comfortable stay

Our family stayed here for graduation weekend. The location is perfect, on a quiet safe street and convenient access to the stadiums. The house was clean with plenty of space and the owner was so gracious with leaving us some snacks and other treats that we wouldn’t think to pack. Towels and bedding were excellent. The owner was at the property to check us in and help us get familiar with the house. We really felt welcome.

Football weekend

A lovely family home, thank you for sharing and all of the personal touches. We walked to the stadium in 25m and enjoyed breakfast at York’s. Spacious, super clean, and comfy. A wonderful weekend.

Great Family Home

What a great house for UM Family weekend! Beautiful screened porch and backyard. Owners communicated so well with written instructions and tips, as well as phone contact. The home is so welcoming and warm it’s like staying at your relatives’ house! Great walkability to UM Stadium as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and great for morning walks. Plenty of parking in driveway and on the street. Beds were all comfy and linens pristine! Had 5 people here comfortably with room for another two people at least! Air beds were also available from owner.

Graduation Weekend 22

The property was very nice and well equipped. I should of taken note that there was only one shower but that’s totally on me. Katie was an awesome host! Also, a hairdryer would of been a nice amenity. We had a very nice stay.

First Michigan Gameday as a family

I cannot sing highly enough the praises of Katie and her family as hosts. Brought my family to our first Michigan football weekend, and I was pretty nervous about figuring out lodgings for our 2 small children, my wife, my father, and me. Suffice it to say, this home was an absolute dream and Katie and her kids made it feel like an old friend was welcoming us to town. Beautifully decorated home, fully stocked with everything you could need for a weekend (including donuts and coffee!) but also 100% ready for a toddler with lots of toys thoughtfully left out. And the backyard jungle gym was pretty much her favorite place in town, Big House included. The location is on a quiet street, a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk to the stadium. Location worked out great because there are a few gems on packard that never got crazy busy like State Street was. Would 1000% stay again in a heartbeat.

Michigan football weekend

Katie was great, responsive communication on questions about restaurants in walking distance. Accomodated early checkin request since we Ubered from the airport and didn't have storage for our luggage. The house is in a great location for UM activities. The only issue was one shower for 9 people was challenging.

Great house in prime location. Perfect for groups with kids (or without).

Stayed here for a Michigan football weekend with another family and 4 kids under 4. Perfect spot for kids with tons to do. Good outdoor space for grilling before game. Hosts were very responsive and helpful to our needs during stay. Even left us a bottle of wine/6-pack of beer, donuts from the iconic local donut shop, and food for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home to rent!

Katie and Erik met us upon arrival. They gave us a quick tour of their home and answered some questions. The rental was very clean and cozy. They even had some groceries in the refrigerator for us! Very thoughtful -especially knowing that we had traveled and had a busy graduation weekend ahead of us. The home was private and quiet. I would definitely recommend this rental!

We came for a rutgers vs Michigan game. Katie's house is close to the stadium and downtown Ann Arbor. House is immmaculate and has a nice family charm. Katie is very accommodating. Katie went out of her way to provide us with breakfast , doughnuts and provided a list of all local eateries

Convenient and quiet.

We rented this house for the UM/MSU game, 3 dads and 5 boys (age 10-12). The house worked well and we would rent it again. 15 min walk to stadium in a quiet neighborhood.
