Cozy four bedroom home an easy .6 mile walk to Michigan Stadium - The Big House! Family-friendly neighborhood. Full kitchen, dining and living room, full bath and three bedrooms on main floor. One additional bedroom and full bath on lower level, along with new 65" TV and comfy viewing area. Ample driveway parking, as well as plenty of available street parking in front.

Please note: Ann Arbor's new short term rental occupancy regulations limit the home to no more than four unrelated guests, plus their children/offspring. Please contact us before booking if your group includes more than four adults from different households so we can confirm that your group complies with City of Ann Arbor occupancy requirements.
