Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double), French Doors Leading To Patio.

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Separate Toilet.

First Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating (underfloor in sitting room/annex), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced reservoir in the grounds, 20 yards away. The property has a natural water supply from a borehole.. !
