Spacious 2 bed flat with free Parking in Rottingdean
A new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor flat located a close to historic Rottingdean village and beach and a short bus or cycle ride to Brighton. The flat is in a quiet location and perfectly set up for up to 4 people (and dogs!) and is ideal for visiting the local area, relatives and students. The South Downs are easily accessible and there are nice walks straight from the flat. Great access to University of Sussex and Brighton Uni (Falmer campus). Fast Wifi and cable TV from Virgin.
The main living area is a large open plan living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4. There is also a small dining table for 4. The 50" TV is connected to Virgin cable and the internet and gets all catch up services as well as freeview plus many more channels. You can also login into your own Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify accounts. There are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom with a P-bath. It has a king size bed in one bedroom and 2 singles in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle
