Nice appartment, great location

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It's in the middle of the town center with its restaurants, bars and stores. 5 min away from the beach. The owner is very helpful and the Check-in was well organised.

Appartamento molto grande, ci sono tutte le cose utili e la cucina è completa di ogni utensile.Comodo per spiaggia e negozi, solo un po' rumorosa con finestre aperte alla sera per i locali nelle vicinanze.Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Appartement spacieux très bien situé

Fabio est un hôte très attentionné et accueillant. Il a pris le temps de nous recevoir et nous faire découvrir les alentours. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien situé, en 2 min vous êtes à la plage (sable) publique. Les commerces sont en bas de l’appartement. La terrasse est très agréable. Sa situation est un vrai plus mais peut manquer de calme (notamment la nuit quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes). La gare est à une dizaine de minutes à pied par un chemin très agréable. Les Cinque Terre et Portofino sont accessibles rapidement. Nous avons laissé la voiture pour la semaine sur un parking à côté de la gare recommandé par Fabio.

Séjour agréable, mais....

La force de cet appartement est la terrasse. Toutefois, il y a un supplément annoncé à la dernière minute pour les linges et draps de lits (15.- euros/personne) ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. L' appartement ne disposant pas de place de parc, le stationnement avec un véhicule est compliqué. Il y a très peu de places gratuites même hors saison. Tout est payant à partir du 1er juin et c'est très vite très cher. Sinon l'appartement est ancien et plein d'escaliers, toutefois il est propre et dispose de tous les ustensiles de cuisine, le réfrigérateur est quand même bruyant la nuit. Je trouve un peu cher au vue des inconvénients. Sinon, le séjour à Moneglia était agréable.

Für Reisende mit dem Zug ist die Wohnung super gelegen!War ruhig inmitten des Zentrums. Tolle Terrasse! Uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Heizung in der Wohnung fehlt, zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt definitiv zu kalt! Der Vermieter hat sich bemüht, Elektroofen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Excellent pour visiter les 5 terres

Moneglia est une petite commune idéalement placée pour acceder aux villages des 5 terres. Tous commerces, gare, excellents restaurants. Toutefois comme tous les villages aux alentours, difficile de stationner. Nous avons circulé en train pour toutes nos activités de randonnées et visites. L'hébergement de Fabio est très bien situé, agréable, jolie terrasse permettant de petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. Appartement spacieux, calme, bien équipé. Je recommande vivement cette location. Fabio est très disponible et répondra à toutes vos questions pour que votre séjour se déroule dans de bonnes conditions. Merci Fabio Sophie

Chouette appartement a Moneglia dans une ruelle. Tout est accessible à pied: commerces, plage, train... Mobilier typique italien : pas très moderne mais très complet. Seul bémol : les lits sont un peu vieux et inconfortables. Trzs agréable terrasse pour prendre les petits déjeuners!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Moneglia

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Fabio war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar gezeigt, wo wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts abstellen können, da die Wohnung selbst direkt in der schönen Altstadt liegt und daher keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Da wir im März in Moneglia waren, war das Parken kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt, war total sauber überall und sehr gut ausgestattet an Geschirr, Möbeln etc. Unser Highlight war die tolle Dachterrasse! Moneglia ist ein gemütliches kleines Städtchen mit einem der größten Strände der Region. Es bietet sich unbedingt an, mit dem Zug zu den Attraktionen der Region zu fahren. Der Bahnhof, einige kleine Supermärkte, ein leckerer Bäcker, der Strand, leckere Restaurants und Pizzerien sind alle in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Zentrales Wohnen in idyllischem Kleinstädtchen

Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war sehr zufriedenstellend. Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Betten sind mit guten Matrazen ausgestattet, und die alten Möbel verleihen der Wohnung Charakter . Die Fotos im Inserat vermitteln einen besseren Eindruck als die Realität vor Ort zeigt. Insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Charme, nahe am Strand und mittendrin in der kleinen Stadt.

Die Beschreibung in der Annonce stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die geräumige Wohnung ersteckt sich über zwei Etagen, sie ist glücklicherwiese nicht im Ikea-Einheitslook ausgestattet, sondern mit älteren Möbeln, die den besonderen Charakter der Wohnung ausmachen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse vor der Küche, die auch einen Blick zwischen zwei Häusern hindurch auf das Meer bietet, ist das Highlight des Appartements. Gastgeber Fabio kümmert sich schon vor der Anreise aufmerksam darum, dass alles unkompliziert abläuft (auch die Parkplatzssuche, die in der Nachsaison aber kein Problem ist). Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Charmante Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und Geschäftennn

Wir - Familie mit einem Teenager - haben eine sommerliche Woche in diesem Domizil verbracht. Herr Marletto war schon vor unserer Ankunft zu allen Fragen freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind charmant mit teils antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und bieten ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Terrasse ist groß und gut nutzbar zum Frühstücken und Abendessen (in der Mittagssonne ist es zu heiß). Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer der Haupteinkaufsgassen Moneglias und damit fussläufig zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den beiden Stränden. Die Lage bringt es mit sich, dass man auch Abends teilnimmt an der Lebensfreude der Einwohner und Gäste Moneglias in den Restaurants, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Auto wird im Alltag nicht benötigt und kann ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg bewacht geparkt werden. Wir kennen Moneglia aus früheren Reisen und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Wohnung genossen.
