Alice a été une hôte charmante et très réactive qui s'occupe magnifiquement bien des animaux alentour. Le logement est très confortable et la situation idyllique à quelques pas de la plage. La climatisation est très appréciable pour les jours de grande chaleur et l'équipement de la maison complet. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a une très grande cheminée à l'extérieur pour les barbecues et plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil.L'unique bémol est l'obscurcissement des chambres à coucher perfectible mais très facilement compensé par des masques de nuit.Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location et nous y retournerons dès que possible. Merci Alice pour ces belles vacances

Wunderschönes Architektenhaus direkt am Strand

Wir haben es sehr genossen, zwei Wochen in diesem besonderen Haus gewohnt zu haben! Es war super sauber, überall sind Moskitonetze angebracht und generell ist es sehr hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Super wifi überall, Smart Tv, Nähe zu einer schönen Bucht und einem tollen Cafe (Do Mar). Ich danke Alice für alles und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Grazie mille!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, bei der Küche hat man alles dabei. Zwei Badezimmer war ein großer Vorteil für uns. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung können wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage, toll Ausstattung

Wir waren bereits in einigen Ferienhäusern in Italien, doch dieses hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen: die Qualität der Einrichtung, die Grösse (allein der geniale riesige Holztisch auf der unteren Terrasse, bestimmt 4m lang), die Architektur (die Schlafzimmer liegen im Souterrain, kleine Nischen in manchen Zimmern), die Lage (1 min zu Fuss zum Sandstrand, per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu den vielen nächsten Stränden und Buchten), die Besitzerfamilie (Alice und ihr Vater Antonio) waren super-nett und in sämtlichen Belangen und Fragen so hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sogar zu einer Freundesparty eingeladen. Auch in der zweiten Oktoberhälfte war es angenehm warm bis heiss und das Meer hatte ca. 22 - 24 Grad. Wir kommen wieder, wenn es geht! Ganz bestimmt!

idéal pour un séjour reposant en famille

La location est conforme à l'annonce, idéalement placée à quelques pas de la plage. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Un séjour très agréable, grâce aussi à l'accueil d'Antonio et d'Alice, sans oublier l'organisation de Stefano.

Es war eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man sich wünschen konnte. Die Lage war perfekt. Wenige Meter zum Strand. Unser Vermieter Antonio und seine Frau haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Können es nur weiterempfehlen. :-)

Casa stupenda in contesto tranquillo e servito

Casa corrispondente in tutto e per tutto all'annuncio, molto bella e ben curata ,spiaggia a 50 mt. Wi-Fi, Sky e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Bellissimo ed ampio il soggiorno, stupendo il lastricato esterno con tavolo gigante ombrellone e lettini. Che dire, mai trovato ad oggi una casa vacanze così fornita di confort e soprattutto ben tenuta. Complimenti ad Antonio per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, ci ha fatto trovare anche un passeggino e due ombrelloni da poter utilizzare. Il posto è molto tranquillo e ben servito, l'unica pecca se mi posso permettere, ma non è riferito alla casa, Sono le strade bianche interne a tutto il villaggio, vengono bagnate ma con il vento tipico dell'isola e con il passaggio delle auto, la polvere la fa da padrona.

Schöne, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung

Neu- und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnug, die kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Alle Fenster und Türen mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, elektr. Rollos, Steckdosen nach Euro-Standard. 2 Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche, Wc, Bidet. Küche sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank mit 3 Eisfächern. Sehr sauber, Betten bei Ankunft bereits bezogen. Strand direkt vor der Haustür, ca. 100m durch die Düne, weitere, tolle Buchten und Strände in der direkten Umgebung, nur einige Autominuten entfernt, zu Villasimius und Costa Rei jeweils ca. 1/2 Stunde. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Antonio, der sehr gerne Tipps zu Stränden, Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, und auch sonst für jeden Wunsch und Frage offen war. Mille Grazie, Antonio und Viola, wir hatten einen Traum-Urlaub!
