A lovely place for your family or friends or both! I found the beds comfortable but they’re a bit hard for some maybe. The place was spotless, clean and well stocked with kitchen items which was important to us because we cook. The only thing I wish is that it was more secluded. There are many other large cabins within inside.

Disappointed in several things!

There were so many things that needed to be fixed. Stove only had 1 burner working, ice maker didn’t work, 2 tubs had no stopped in them, handle came off one of showers (.they did come fix that), one shower leaked to kitchen area, one chair was broken, furniture was tagged on lower level, mold on shower curtains. There were more but a positive thing was location was great!!!

We have stayed in better cabins in this area.

The cabin location is close to Pigeon Forge, which was nice. The kitchen is very poorly equipped if you plan on cooking meals in the cabin. The burners on the stove were not level and many of the pots and pans had handles that were barely attached. The property boasts cable and wifi, but these did not work. We alerted the property management on our first day of a four day stay. Nothing was fixed. The toilets and hot tub leaked. We will not stay there again, or with this property management company. Too many options in the area to settle for that again.

Great holiday at Black Beary Ridge

Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday at Black Beary Ridge in Pigeon Forge. The house sleeps 18 but we opted for only 14 to keep main floor living area open for late nighters and early risers. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with equipment and there was seating for 10 at the main dining table. The furniture was comfortable, but a bit worn (not an issue for us). The only real concern is that there is parking for about 5 vehicles and we had a few more than that. The house is close to grocery and convenience stores as well as a short drive from the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall, a good stay.

Cabin was clean and close to all the attractions. Only complaint was the hot tub jets did not work and the living room furniture was really worn. The couch with reclining seats would not open. Bed spreads were also a little worn. However I would stay again.
