This condo is within easy walking distance from all the shops and dining establishments in Ketchum which made it so easy to explore Ketchum. I ran into a little glitch with VRBO but the host was great in providing me with the information I needed. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend

David's place was clean, cozy and the perfect spot to spend a ski weekend in Sun Valley So close to downtown Ketchum and also both the Warm Springs and River Run lodges Doesn't get much better than this!

I very much enjoyed having Sarah and her guests stay at my condo over the holidays. I think the four adults made full use of the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the unit. One of the toilets was overwhelmed with paper products and rather than contact me to resolve the problem they left the toilet overflowing to the brim. I always prefer to be contacted by my guests to resolve any problems or questions that may arise. Since all of the electric baseboard heaters were turned up very high it seems they did not take advantage of the gas-burning stove and ceiling fan I've recently installed. They are intended to provide a more comfortable setting. Hope my future guests use this feature for a cozy mountain atmosphere. Thanks again to these guests for staying at my condominium! Hope you come again.

The Property is Perfect location to either side of Bald Mtn, we were able to park near the front door which made this easy for loading unloading, and defrosting the car. there is a large kitchen with everything you need and clean laid out nicely lots of counter space and a kitchenette table. The TV had all our fav local channels and the gas fireplace kept the place nice and warm. theres a upstairs Qbed and downstairs Qbed comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is exactly what my BFF and I needed for our Mama Getaway weekend. We drive into Stanley for hiking and whitewater rafting; enjoyed restaurants in Ketchum. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very cozy!

Great place in Ketchum !

We loved David’s place! The beds were very comfortable, the gas fireplace was really nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The property was well maintained. It snowed a great deal while we were there and the sidewalks and parking lot were cleared immediately. Location was great! We walked into town a few times. I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place

Minus some personal affects like used bars of soap the house was tidy. We loved the location and the condo. I think some additional storage like a hand towel ring on the wall or some shelves so you have a place to put your bathroom items would be nice. Overall great rental and we look forward to future stays.

Visiting and Skiing

This is our third time renting David’s place. It is walking distance to Ketchum, sits right up against the park, and is in a quiet neighborhood. On this trip we visited my brother and family and skied several days. We’ll be coming back again as long as David will have us.
