La Cala Terrace by Domusicily
From its sunny and comfortable terrace you can admire the beautiful and colourful port of Palermo; La Cala Terrace is a riot of innovation, design and elegance. Its modern style, with great attention to detail and the use of refined materials in intense colours contrasting with the soft, relaxing tones of the environments, creates a gratifying and relaxing atmosphere. Entering the flat, we are welcomed by a large, bright and well-furnished entrance hall, which separates the living area from the kitchen and invites us to discover the upper floor by means of a staircase made of single steps with an optical effect. The living area is first composed of a relaxation area made with soft armchairs and an innovative fireplace, continuing there is the TV area with a comfortable and spacious sofa and behind it an elegant dining table. On the opposite side of this area, there is a fully equipped kitchen island, with the possibility of using the island for eating meals thanks to the presence of designer stools. The presence of a service bathroom facilitates mobility in the flat without any difficulty. Accessing the upper floor is the sleeping area, with a large and bright double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a view, bathtub and a shower with seat. The special feature of this floor is the presence of two comfortable terraces; one with a practical wooden outdoor set to enjoy the beautiful days in total relax and another one, even more spacious, built on two levels to diversify the areas, the dining area with its table and the solarium area with sofa and armchairs. The view is certainly enviable and brings an additional richness to this splendid residence, built to convey a love of good style and harmony.
