FANTASTIC HOUSE BY THE SEA, BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH

This beautiful villa lies in an outstanding location, Cala Baladrar, one of the most stunning bays of the Costa Blanca. It is only 5 minutes away from the charming fishermen´s village of Moraira, known for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystalline water.

The villa offers you a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.

Its fantastic location on top of a small cliff will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

The main house is divided into two different floors connected by an indoor staircase. The top floor holds 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning; two have a double bed and one two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the two double bedrooms have their own balcony. Bedroom number 4 also offers air-conditioning and its bathroom with shower is found on the same floor. Bedroom number 5 with air-conditioning, adjoining the house, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and independent access.

The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the barbecue area and a shaded outdoor lounge. It also has access to the front terrace, which offers the most spectacular sea views of the entire house.

The villa’s harmonious decoration, its antique furniture and the exposed wooden beams bring warmth and comfort to this beautiful traditional house.

UBICACIÓN DE ENSUEÑO

Nos ha encantado la ubicación del inmueble, creo que nunca hemos estado en un sitio mejor ubicados. La piscina al borde del mar. Las vistas. Los servicios de la casa, el menaje de la cocina, frigoríficos, despensa, todo estupendo... El servicio de solhabitat para un par de problemas que nos encontramos excelente. Sin duda volveremos a contar con ellos en futuras vacaciones. EL mantenimiento de la zona exterior, de las barandillas, muebles, bancos, etc... estaba regular. La parte exterior poco limpia y cuidada, es una pena porque el 90% de la vida se hace allí. La casa un poco "rústica" para nuestro gusto pero es algo sin mucha importancia ya que la vida se hace en el exterior al completo.

Traumlage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Traumhafte Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Leider sind Teile des Objektes etwas in die Jahre gekommen und daher renovierungsbedürftig. Das dritte Bad ist wegen Abflussschwierigkeiten der Toilette und der Dusche nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Agentur war zwar sehr schnell zur Abhilfe vor Ort und absolut bemüht, die Schäden schnellstens zu beheben, aber eine grundlegende Änderung war nicht gegeben. Für 8 Personen mit zwei Bädern machbar, für 10 Personen nicht jedermanns Sache. Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis scheint uns angesichts der Mängel (neben Bad und WC, verrostete und defekte Treppengeländer, verschmutze und verschlissene Sitzkissen) aber nicht ganz angemessen. Trotzdem ist Lage (mit direktem Zugang zum Meer!) und Aussicht mit Pool einmalig und lässt uneingeschränkt das richtige Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen!
