The result is a contemporary, light and airy feel; perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding South Devon coastline.
Kitchen/Utility: Merchant’s Rest has a high-gloss modern kitchen with an electric double oven, integrated grill, electric hob, washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a cafetiere whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of crockery. Bedrooms: Merchant’s Rest has two bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside cabinets with lamps. The second, a cabin room, is furnished with a 4ft double bed with a 2ft 6 single bed on top. We recommend that the double bed is only used for one adult or one child and the single bed, given its size, is used for one child. There is one family bathroom at Merchant’s Rest which features a bath with shower over, WC, wash basin, shaver point, heated towel rail and a cabinet. Exterior/Parking: Merchant’s Rest benefits from a secure garage only 250 metres away which is suitable for one medium-sized car. Please note the dimensions are 16ft x 14ft.
