The Linhay is a luxury, detached barn conversion on the grounds of the owner's farm, in the middle of the Devonshire countryside, in Cadeleigh near Tiverton. This all-ground floor property (There are a few steps up onto the Porch) has two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, sleeping a total of four guests. The property also features an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and seating area with French doors that lead onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area (bring your own) and private hot tub. There is off-road parking available. The Linhay is the ideal escape to the tranquil Devon countryside.
Amenities: Oil fired underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, speakers, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Private terrace with outdoor furniture and hot tub. Area to BBQ (please bring your own portable BBQ's).
