Fabulous Location

Great clean older property that is 1/2 block from the central downtown plaza with many restaurants and stores within a 3 min walk. You can also walk to the marina for whale watching tours in 10 min or less. Property is accurately represented on line, would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The location could not be better. Steps from the center of town and all the restaurants/bars/shopping. The pool is tiny but fit our family well. We experienced an issue with the microwave and it was fixed immediately. Definitely a good buy!

Fishing in Loreto

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the marina to meet our captains. There were 6 adult males in our group and I was a little concerned about whether the place would be big enough, but it met our needs perfectly. It could use more comfortable seating and I had to get new batteries to get the electronic lock to work, but otherwise we were totally happy.

Simple, clean house in a wonderful location.

Location is perfect. Just two blocks from the harbor and close to many wonderful restaurants and bars in the charming town of Loreto. We did excursions every day without having to rent a car. House is spare, but clean. Housekeeper was very good. Would be nice to be able to use the laundry room that is on the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. There are so many things to do and see around Loreto and we would rent this property again!

Beds were clean but that was about it. Everything else was dirty, pool was pretty beat up, and we did not have access to the washer as an advertised amenity.

Loreto house is awesome

This house is very simple but perfect for what we needed. 5 friends and i came to go fishing and visit one of my friends family. All of the ac units worked which was fantastic. Location was great. Right next to the plaza, close to restaurants and the marina, pool got some use the first night. There were enough beds for everyone but we were lucky there was only 6 of us. The add said this house sleeps 12 but there were only 6 beds. Also i wish there had been more towels available and more toilet paper. We ran out and had to scramble to go get more. Over all it was a great stay at this place. We are planning on coming back next year.

Great location! Great host! But……

I will not be staying there again, the house is extremely dated, especially the bathrooms. Only one bathroom is inside the home, the other is outside which was inconvenient. Both bathrooms have a strong smell of sewer most likely due from old plumbing but the biggest deal breaker were the COCKROACHES! We saw many on our stay. For the girls of the group it made the stay uncomfortable to say the least. They were huge too! Over an inch big. I feel like they can solve these problems and have the best rental in Loreto! You really can’t beat that location.

It was disappointing, the property advertising was that it had a private pool which is the size of a jacuzzi, also says it had a grill which was none , washer and dryer but you have to pay extra in order to use them , the kitchen utensils are very poor quality along with the furniture in the living room , the one car garage it has the ramp so high the will scrap the car from the bottom, the cleaning lady just walking to the house without even knocking while my son and the baby were sleeping inside ,,, really disappointed
