Welcome to Casa Aliciamaria, Designed and built by award winning architect Jesus Cortez, this one of a kind villa is located minutes from the center of the historic village of Loreto, directly on the beach. Construction is of the highest quality materials, custom tiles, fine wood French doors and windows.. Fine antiques and original artwork complement the interior design. The villa has been equipped with flat screen TV's, Bose Surround sound, including poolside speaker, Sirius radio, Satellite TV, and WiFi. The Casa features a courtyard entry with fountain and fireplace. Relax on the tiled veranda overlooking the beach front pool on the Sea of Cortez . The outdoor living area with gas barbeque opens up directly to the beach and island views.
Enjoy cockails on the beach under our newly contructed beach Palapa. You wil find nothing in Loreto to equal this beautiful Casa's location and ammenities. This is a stand alone home providing complete privacy.
We are Loreto and southern Baja experts. Give us your wish list and we will make it happen! Our guests receive discounts on fishing trips, whale watching, adventure excurtions and much more. Great get away

This was our first trip to Loreto and already planning a return visit. The house was great and very comfortable. All the amenities needed were there and Jeanne was helpful for local insights.

Best Beach House In Loreto!

Beautiful beach house, awesome views every night, whether from the pool or jacuzzi! We had everything we needed, all the comforts of home. Enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and on the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor areas. Jeanne was really helpful! Loreto has many good restaurants and it was fun to explore downtown on foot. Felt very safe.

Perfect paradise in Loreto!

This house had everything we were looking for--great location (private but walkable to town), beachfront, great pool heated to the perfect temperature, rooftop hot tub, comfy beds, and fluffy, soft towels. House was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Host had excellent communication and made everything easy, with great recommendations. Would definitely return!

We Will Return

One of the best properties we have enjoyed. The host is fabulous. Location the best. Stunning actually. It really is on the beach. Short walk to town. Clean. Kitchen well appointed. We cooked a lot. Quiet. Excellent outdoor setup. Nice hot tub on the roof. Great for stargazing in comfort. We will stay here again and every time we return to Loreto.

Above and beyond expectations!

Everything was perfect including the host Jeannie. We never had a worry as Jeannie was there to meet and greet us, and was always just a text away for any questions that we had during our stay, and very responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival. The house is exactly as described and then some; too numerous to mention all the little extras that made for an incredible relaxing vacation. We look forward to another visit someday!

What a place!!

Jeannie embodies the title superhost. She was amazing. Always available for questions. Check in was seamless and allowed us to get out of travel mode and into vacation mode as quickly as possible. Views, comfort (the beds are amazing), privacy and the house-wide sound system really make this a luxury property. We will most certainly be back to see Jeannie and her view in the future!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Loreto at this beautiful home. It was our first time in Loreto and what a great experience. The house was amazing! Great pool and right on the beach! The property is well maintained and the owner was friendly and very helpful. A huge thank you to her. She really went out of her way for us. So appreciate it! The house is well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The property is in a great location. A short drive to town (5-10 minutes) and around 15 minutes from the airport. We look forward to visiting again soon. Book this home. You will not be disappointed!

This house was the highlight of our Loreto trip. I wish we would have planned more meals around cooking at the house. It's right on the water. The pool was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Jeanne was very informative and helpful. Wifi was great.Jeanne set us up with a local boat excursion to Coronado island for a day trip at a discount. Great sightseeing, turquoise water and white sand beach. Everything was great!

Beautiful house in a great location

The property is beautiful and spotless. The location is very convenient to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Jeanne was a great host and met us at the property to show us around and was available for any questions that arose during the stay. It was a perfect combination of secluded feel with easy access to conveniences.

Casa Heaven

Casa Alicia Maria was a heavenly sanctuary for our first stay in Loreto. It had everything we were looking for - beauty, comfort, cleanliness, pool, hot tub, right on the beach... The master bedroom bed was icing on the cake - super comfortable memory foam. We slept like babies. The neighborhood, Costa Loreto, is very nice with beautiful homes. And Jeannie is an awesome host - so helpful and kind. Don't hesistate to rent this house!

Beach Solitude

Envision a deserted Polynesian island viewing diving pelicans from your Palapa at fraction of the cost. That's your stay at Casa Aliciamaria, Jeannes beach villa. Just factor in its Mexico and Loreta is a small town.

Serene and beautiful by Sea of Cortez

Quiet, private, safe, convenient to town. We visit Loreto as its not an all inclusive tourist destination. We enjoyed the kyaks, pool, beds, and ability to cook. We love & support the locals and fishing was great. As older couples we were very comfortable and hope to return!

Don’t let the tiny airport, isolated location and initial culture-shock fool you. What the expats and people of Loreto have found is truly magical. To spend 2 weeks in this beach house was paradise!

Amazing House and Location!

We loved everything about our stay at Jeanne's property! We have traveled extensively throughout Baja and this is by far the nicest property we have come across! Jeanne welcomed us at check in and showed us around the property. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for our group. We enjoyed Jeanne's recommendations for massages at the house and fresh guacamole and salsa delivered to the house! The neighborhood is quiet and the hot tub was a bonus. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property!

Muy buenos

Had a great 4-days here! Lots of fun in the sun, beach, oool and in town…. Hostess was amazing and super responsive as things came up. Our airplane was delayed leaving LAX so we arrived way late. She met us near the Hwy and helped us locate the property as it’s slightly north of town. She even provided cold beers and some snacks since the market was closed. Above and beyond!!!
