Completely renovated for 2018, this 4 bedroom house has lovely views over the beautiful Norman countryside and has its own private lake. Downstairs can be let as an apartment for couples, with an-open plan living space with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with surround sound. There is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom at ground floor level. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, another bathroom and a separate toilet. Patio doors lead to a large sun terrace which is totally private. Because of the lake, the property is not suitable for small children. Dogs are welcome.
