Only a 3 minute drive to the Town of Penn Yan for shoppes/restaurants/supplies - very convenient. Air conditioned cottage, great for children, wireless internet, washer and dryer, Seneca Farms Ice Cream Parlor, wineries and dock for your boat. One parking space dedicated to property and off street parking also available.
