Transport: At the metro stations you mention Lista (400m) and Diego de León (300m), but I would add Manuel Becerra (300m), which is closer than Lista and adds line 2 that goes to Sol and/or Ventas (300m) and has lines 2 and 5. It is really in the centre of those 4 stations, none of them are right next to it, but it has all 4 very close. It has access to lines 2-4-5-6. By mentioning Diego de León (4-5-6) and Manuel Becerra (2) you already have the same lines.
