Away from main area

I was there 2 days but enjoyed location. In the suburbs (I think) I walked around local neighborhood. Don’t know how easy it would have been to go sightseeing. Home was described correctly

Nice location - but loud and missing supplies

Great Location! and beautiful area. Be prepared it is a fun and loud area at night. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place. Cute aprtment, but was mssing several basics, ie. we only had a half roll of TP, and no kitchen towels.

Excellent as Always

MIT House never disappoints, they have everything covered and although there were issues with the automatic locks, they acted swiftly and professionally to rectify the problems. Special mention to Sabastien for his help in providing extra keys incase the locks decided not to work again. In all, I will only lock to MIT House properties for hosting whilst my wife and I stay in Madrid. Many, many thanks

Bad experience

Dos casas buenas unicamente, 1. La localizacion esta exelente y el colchon de la cama exelente. Lo primero negativo, la habitacion no estaba lista a las 3 de la tarde hora de entrada, los empleados estaban limpiando y tendiendo la cama a esa hora, la limpieza no fue terminada por que nosotros llegamos, la propieda no tiene elevador hay q subir 3 piso con las maletas y la escalera es de caracol, para habir las puertas es con el lelefono celular y es bien tedioso, habeces no habre tienes q intentarlo varias veses, el lavamanos estaba parcialmente tupido y la lampara del la habitacion con un bombillo colgando, le enviamos email por q no atienden el telefono. La bañadera parece un tubo de parque de agua no te puedes agachar, hay q llevar champu, jabon de baño y suavizador de cabellos. Las paredes no estan insuladas y puedes sentir todo de la habitacion de al lado o te pueden escuchar a ti. Por cierto el labamanos nunca se destupio. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo

Great apartment over Santa Ana

Great location. Very central to everything we wanted to do. Apartment is small but was the perfect size for us and has a nice balcony. My only minor issue is that all the doors are unlocked through an app and you receive no physical keys, which was a little bit annoying.
