LUXURY APARTMENT 1. 3 IN FULL CENTER OF MADRID WITH PARKING
The apartment is located in the center of Madrid next to the Gran Via. The location is perfect for both business trips, to get to know, wander around and explore the historic center of the city.
Apartment. It is brand new, renovated and decorated with modern style. It has a very comfortable sofa bed with a viscolatex mattress for 2 people in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, two large capacity closets, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen even with a washing machine and dishwasher. The double glazing of the windows make the apartment warm and quiet for the comfort and rest of our guests.
We have free parking in the same building for guests, very important in this area of Madrid.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Amazing!
Beautiful apartment right in City Center check in was a breeze. Grocery right next door and tons of amazing food, shopping, etc within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here and will book again myself if I'm ever back in Madrid!

Eva was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The apartment was wonderful. Great space and very clean. It was also amazing to have a parking space in such a hectic area! The location worked out nicely as we could easily walk right up to the centre of the city. Would definitely recommend this place.

El piso es pequeñito pero está muy bien equipado. Es muy agradable, muy limpio y confortable. Además está en el mismo centro de Madrid y dispone de plaza de garaje la cual nos vino de perlas. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Clean modern apartment
Great location just off Grand Via close to restaurants, coffee shoes and grocery stores. You never know what will be provided when booking a Homeaway apartment but this one was great in providing starter coffee, pastries, milk and juice. Even though the apartment faces a busier street the bedroom is in the back facing the courtyard so it is very quiet.The apartment has a washing machine and a great back deck with a drying rack for your laundry. We took the Hop on hop off bus to get to most of the sites that we wanted to visit and the stop was just down the street on Grand Via. An easy walk to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Eva was very easy to communicate with from the beginning to the end.

Proche du centre
Idéalement situé, avec un parking en sous-sol permettant de laisser la voiture et visiter Madrid à pied, cet appartement lumineux et calme est bien équipé.
Toutefois, le canapé-lit mériterait un meilleur confort pour y mieux dormir.
La cuisine est bien équipée mais pour qui désire prendre ses repas sur place le nombre de couverts est insuffisant.
La climatisation, efficace mais un peu bruyante, est appréciable.
A proximité, les restaurants, bars à tapas et magasins d'alimentation facilitent le séjour.
L'accueil autant à distance par la gestionnaire que sur place par le "concierge" est parfait à condition de parler un petit peu anglais ou espagnol.
Ce pied à terre (apart-hotel) est une adresse à retenir pour qui désire visiter Madrid ou effectuer un séjour professionnel.
