The surrounding area is very restful with views to the river with peaceful tranquility of lots of wildlife.
Beautiful views and a private garden for guests. Amenities include private parking for 2 cars, wood burning pizza oven, Firebox for winter warmth WiFi and Netflix.
Wonderful historic Cities and towns,, including Petworth Arundel and Chichester, Car and Horse racing at Goodwood.Transportation is good with Pulborough Station less than 3 miles away or Arundel 6 miles.
Day trips are possible to the Isle of Wight or the the beaches of Dorset.
