Benny’s Cottage is a cosy semi-detached property with off road parking, and is an ideal base for exploring York and the East Coast.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer Dryer
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store and barbecue available on request. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. Set in the pretty village of North Cave on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds is welcoming Benny’s Cottage. This well presented cottage has been in the owner’s family for many generations and offers a great base for a family who are looking to enjoy the unspoilt East Riding of Yorkshire with its rolling hills, traditional seaside towns and the thriving cities of York, Beverley and Hull.
Benny’s Cottage is packed with character and is stylish throughout. The large living/dining room offers plenty of space to relax on an evening in front of the fire whilst enjoying your favourite film on the smart TV, or perhaps enjoy a competitive game on the Xbox. The modern kitchen is amply equipped and comes with a small seating area where you can enjoy a coffee and watch others prepare the meals. The ground floor accommodation is completed with a very well presented house bathroom featuring a large walk in shower. To the first floor is a double and a single room, both of which are decorated to a very high standard with high quality bedding and deep, comfortable mattresses. To the outside of the property is a small enclosed courtyard with seating.
A leisurely walk will bring you to the Yorkshire Wildlife’s Trust North Cave Wetlands which is a haven for any keen bird watcher. A little further afield is the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs and the nature reserve at Spurn Point. The Cave Castle Hotel and Country Club offers a superb golf course and is renowned for its dining facilities and excellent spa. The stunning Yorkshire Wolds, historic city of York and the traditional seaside towns of Hornsea and Bridlington are all within easy touring distance from Benny’s Cottage making this a wonderful base for your holiday adventure. Beach 24 miles. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 1 mile.
