floor there is a 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. Patio doors open
directly to the pool terrace.
On the first floor, there are 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom,
2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the same level, there is a
balcony with patio dining table overlooking private pool and stunning
views of sea.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace.

Kitchen

refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
