Additional Information

The villa is set over multiple levels with several steep staircases,
making it less suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or
families with young children in pushchairs. Parking is available on the
street (free), as the driveway is too steep for regular access. Please
note that the double en-suite bedroom is located in a separate annex
with its own entrance, not connected internally to the main house.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Almost perfect

We really liked this villa, close to the shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and feel secluded. The outside space was perfect for my wife and I, and inside was clean and well equipped, we have family who currently work locally so this was ideal. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the air-conditioning in the main bedroom broke and we had to reset it a few times, however the management sent a repair team promptly so hopefully this was not an issue for the next guests. We're looking to make this an annual thing and I'd happily rent this property again

Had villa last year so hope by returning this gives an indication of our liking for the villa and cala porter. Just a couple of minors, 1/ issues with bugs (ants, gnats and beetles/cockroaches). 2/ No water/milk or complimentary items on arrival to make a basic drink (Arriving after shops closed)

Nice villa in good location - but A/C issues.

Lovely villa in good quiet location within Cala en Porter. Nice aspect and gorgeous pool. Villa is basic inside, offering sofa (a bit grubby) and dining table in the lounge. Kitchen is functional, though we had issues with red ants on work tops and had to buy an ant bait kit to deal with them on day 2. We had major issues with the A/C in the main bedroom - it wasn't working at all on the first night (and it was VERY hot through the night in August). We managed to get the unit working the second night, but it cut out at 4am, waking us and we had to try to reset it and it cut out again at 6am. Upon reporting it to the property manager the next day, we had a portable A/C unit delivered. It transpired that the property owner knew about the problem (part on order), but we had not been informed in advance. The mobile A/C unit helped the situation but it was EXTREMELY noisy (think running car engine in your bedroom) and very difficult to sleep with. We had six nights of broken/poor sleep and came back from our holiday very tired. Second bedroom A/C unit working fine, so happy children at least! A/C in the smaller third bedroom and lounge area both non functioning. The A/C issue in the bedroom spoilt our trip, despite the property managers best endeavours. We should have been made aware of this issue in advance. A/C in bedrooms is an absolute NECCESSITY for us and one of the main booking criteria. I would not have booked this villa had I have known.

Wir waren Anfang Mai im Haus. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Aber Achtung! Das Haus hat keine Heizung. Bei einer Außentemperatur von zeitweise nachts 13 Grad haben wir gefroren. Ansonsten kann ich das Objekt empfehlen.

Villa Maria had absolutely everything we needed. Really comfortable living room, kitchen, bedrooms, everything! The outdoor space was really nice. There was a private swimming pool, an outside dining area, and a BBQ that we used really often. We visited Binibeca and Son Bou while we were there and spent an amazing time together: tasting some specialties and exploring the area. The agents were so attentive and there for everything we needed. Thank you!

We love this villa! It is with so comfortable furniture and beds. An amazing swimming pool, veranda with an outside dining area as well as BBQ. The location is also great as it is nearby to almost everything. We love to alternate days between exploring different beaches and places nearby and having relaxing days at the villa. We warmly recommend this villa to all of you.

This is the first holiday we ever had when we have not visited a hotel, and it is great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for villa. Villa Maria is so beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool is great and the area around the pool is also perfect. Nearby are some really nice restaurants, bars, as well as beaches. We already planning to come back the next year!

Glorious week

It was the most perfect week. Everything went so smoothly. The location was perfect so close to airport. We arrived at the gorgeous Villa late but were still able to walk into the centre and get food and cocktails . Everyday brought more delights from the enjoyment of our pool and barbecue to discovering the most perfect beach and sparkling water 10 min walk, every bar and restaurant we tried was delightful. Local supermarket short walk - even delivered our shopping. Highlights the Famous bar in the caves and dining at sunset at Club Menorca overlooking the bay , both minutes away from villa. Thank you Home away and Agni Travel this holiday ticked every box for my family

Great for a peaceful break

Very happy with the villa. Had everything we needed. Private garden with pool. Very peaceful and far enough away from restaurants etc not to be disturbed but within walking distance.

Perfect location

Great location, very helpful agent, property perfect for family of 4, loved the pool and accessibility to Cala en Porter. Just need to be aware that the parking is used up during the lead up to sunset as everyone goes to The Cave bar but ok all other times. Property was clean and tidy with good facilities and equipment. Would hire it again
