Townhouse in Cala Galdana 500 meters from the beach and the harbor, where there are restaurants and recreational areas.
The villa has four bedrooms, two double bed there, and the other two are two single beds. It has a kitchen with large table annexed to the living room. Hall goes a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain and the river running down to the cove. It's a cool terrace which usually take the air in summer.
The villa has a plot where there is a garden with a terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. Hence there are stairs down to the pool, which is shared with another four apartments. There are usually few people and no overcrowding.
On the street there is usually no problem to park the car.
There is a sofa bed in the living room which allows more space for sleeping if necessary.

Great stay

I highly recommended this accommodation. My family and I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed Cala Galdana and the house. The house was quiet and had everything we needed to cook meals and bbq. The beach is walking distance as our grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the house is very nice. Everything in the house was very clean and there wasplenty of bedding and beach towels. We would recommend and will consider staying here again if we visit the island. and r

Great appartment & resort

We found the property was perfect for our group of over 60's ladles. We arrived & our only disappointment was there wasn't a welcome back. We did expect water & even a bittle of milk as all shops were closed. Luckily we did puck up mixers at the airport!

Localizacion perfecta

Casa amplia y muy bien localizada. Cala Galdana es un buen punto para acudir a distintas calas. Si quieres disfrutar simplemente de Cala Galdana es simplemente bajar una cuesta. El supermercado tambien muy cerca. La casa tiene todos los amenities necesarios, piscina, terraza, bbq, etc. La casa esta un poco outdated. Invertiria en cambiar mobiliario, especialmente sofas, y darle un look nuevo y moderno. Gracias al dueno por su comunicacion.

Casa cómoda y bien situada

Correcto, conforme a las expectativas del anuncio. Durante el día se aparca mal pero al atardecer y de noche no tuvimos problema. La piscina es grande y profunda y compartida con muy pocas viviendas. A los niños les encantó. La casa tiene pocos enchufes por lo que agradecerán llevar algún ladrón o regleta.

La casa es estupenda para conocer la isla. Es amplia, con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. Pedro fue muy amable con nosotros. Un sitio muy agradable, hemos estado muy a gusto.

Il proprietario della villa è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è bellissima, molto grande, attrezzata di tutto, pulita e rilassante. La zona barbecue dona un tocco in più alla vacanza per la grande terrazza in cui un grande gruppo può cenare.

Buen destino

Alojamiento bien dotado y amplio, bien situado aunque imprescindible coche. Cala Galdana es una de las calas más grande y accesible de la isla, de ahí su gran afluencia de gente.

Fantástico !!

El alojamiento muy acogedor , limpio y espacioso . Tiene todo lo que puedas utilizar en tu estancia además de una fantástica zona de barbacoa y piscina . Puedes ir andando a cala Galdana (5min ) . Ademas tuvimos la suerte de conocer en persona al propietario Pedro que nos sorprendio con un paseo en Barco por las calas mas solicitadas de Menorca 😎una pasada!!

perfect house

The house is located 5/7 minutes of walk from the sea, it is fresh and very well equipped. There is a fantastic terrace and a great barbecue area to eat outside. The pool is nice and very refreshing. Perfect for 2 families or big friends group. We were 8 with 4 children (age 4,5,7,11) and had no space problem. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, 2 spacious bathrooms all with windows. We had a little problem with a sink but the owner resolved it few hours, so everything is ok. Thank you Pedro.

Lovely apartment. Lovely Pool. Lovely view

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. The view from the balcony across the valley was stunning. The apartment was very spacious and traditional. Having the pool and the BBQ area was great too. Most of the time we could park right outside the house however on saturdays and sundays there was less space. Pedro (the owner) was quick to respond to any queries.
