Fantastic 2BR, 2.5BA townhome near all the skiing, hiking, fishing and biking activities in the CanaanValley. Includes 1 queen bed, a twin over full bunk, and 2 full baths. Full kitchen and Laundry

Davis is a central town along the Blackwater river with bars, restaurants, some shopping, and grocery. Check out our House manual for recommendations in the area!

A car is necessary, but you can walk most places in town and there are plenty of biking trails verynearby. Please only one car parked outside the unit and please park as close to the unit as possible,and on the gravel. Additional cars can be parked up the back on the parking pad accessible from therear lane or on the street.

Perfect property for a family trying to get away. We could walk to nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner mountain bike right out the front door and we had all the amenities we would need. Owner was great! Can’t wait to go back this summer.

It was quite warm and comfortable, even with the extremely cold temperatures during part of our stay. Even though it was located close to the main street, we found it to be quiet. The host checked with us during our stay and was quite responsive to our questions.

Very nice rental. Perfect for our needs on this trip. Six miles from the golf course and nice shops and restaurants with in walking distance. Housekeeping was A. Fantastic home base for a family exploring Davis and surrounding area! The location was great, right in the cute small town of Davis, with easy parking, and our location in the back meant it was quiet with plenty of sunshine on the back porch and backyard. Great to have 3 bathrooms for a busy family, and we also appreciated the full-stocked kitchen. Easy hikes and bike rides right out the front door and then great food and drinks are right there, too. Can't wait to return, thank you!

Weekend trip to Davis and surrounding areas. The home is located on the main strip of Davis with all the restaurants and shops in walking distance. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Would 100% book again if coming to the area.
