We were advised that the check in time was 16:00 however upon arrival at 16:10 we found the cleaners still in the villa. When spoken to they advised they were told check in was 17:00. We had to spend 40 minutes hovering around outside whilst they finished cleaning/getting the villa ready. The outside/pool area was not being cleaned, we had to ask them to sweep and mop the floor due to the render falling off the wall onto the floor. We tried getting hold of the host with absolutely no luck, therefore I had to contact the managing agent who did what they could to help. There was a grate on the floor which had cracked and was sticking up out of the floor, we had a 3 three year old with us so we had to try and fix this ourselves. The seating area and table was also cracked. The air con does not work correctly, it is set to 25 degrees, if going in the summer this would not be ideal. The parasol around the pool was snapped off at the top meaning we could not use it. We had to contact the managing agent again to have a new one sent out along with a dustpan and brush as there was no cleaning items. The outdoor shower was also snapped off. There was also a constant smell of bad drains throughout the villa. I have sent all images to the managing agent as per their request however I am now being ignored. Would I recommend this villa, absolutely not.

Sisters Birthday

The location of the property is good with a short stroll to the front however the property is in need of renovation with broken tiles around the pool and the downstairs bathroom. The Sofa had what looked like burn marks and needs replacing. Overall the property is tired also not enough outside seating for 6

Not for us.

After written complaint the sunbeds were replaced promptly. That’s the only positive I’m afraid. The outside area is much smaller than it appears. Notwithstanding the new beds the other outdoor furniture was dirty and extremely dated. Inside the villa could have been cleaner. We put every dish in the dishwasher before we could use them. Every item mismatched and chipped. There was 6 of us - would have been nice to have 6 glasses the same. Beds were clean and comfortable and showers were great but no one in our group was happy to use basement bedroom or bathroom so that limited our use of the villa. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this villa to a friend. I had been liaising by email and that was good. I was told to call on arrival day to check if the villa was ready early but the guy I spoke with was in Greece and he insisted 16:00 was the entry time. As it turned out we went there around 14:00 and got the keys. I don’t think there had been anyone in the villa in a while hence the greasy feel on the dishes. I used what was available to clean the floors too - not what I wanted to do on holiday ☹️

Schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, 3 schöne Zimmer, 1 weniger schön. Bitte tauscht die Kaffeemaschine und Perlatoren aus. Es gibt einen Wasserverlust, deshalb läuft die Pumpe Tag und Nacht. Sollte dringend repariert werden! Bitte den Grill umbauen, damit er gescheit funktioniert... Wir haben die ganze Umgebung eingequalmt, weil keine Luftzufuhr.... Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und das Appartement hat allen soweit gut gefallen...

We spend our holidays in this house since several years (sometimes 2 times per year). It´s everytime like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location There is no noise, but within 5 min walk you are at the promenade/beach with all the shops and restaurants. It´s the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK !

Fabulous location - quiet location yet only a short walk to the centre of town. Really enjoyed our stay at the villa and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of towels /pool towels and we were impressed they were changed twice during our stay, bed linen was changed and rubbish taken away too.
