Great site .....Nice stay

Lovely sute just what we needed for Sandringham concert we attended. All fine ...double mattress very old ...husband has bad back so had to sler Ep in one of single beds. Not ideal at 70. Only other complaint was condition of shower ...black mold around shower unit and shower hose dirty just beeded bit of elbow grease and Viakal to clean.apart from that great stay. Will be back for sure .perfect lication ...restarInt setved good food too ...

Pleasant stay

Caravan exactly as described, was clean had no issues parking space along side could accommodate a couple of cars if necessary. Only negative thing (and not really a negative) is nothing to do with the accommodation itself but the site. The site is fairly limited there is little or no phone reception and the WiFi if you want to purchase is not cheap. Also bear in mind if you are staying and going to use the facilities you will need to purchase entertainment passes. Price at time of our visit was £13.50 per adult. Unless you want to use the pool probably best not to bother with passes, there's plenty to do and numerous palces to eat nearby. Park itself was nice enough though and close to beach, supermarket and entertainment.

Could do with a revamp

It did the job for 2 days, but the property was a bit worn in some places and the two single beds felt smaller than a single bed and you could feel the springs underneath so not easy to sleep on! Shame there isn't a big grassy area for kids to play football on. Great communication from owner easy to get in / check out
