12 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Luxurious architect-designed cottage with large whirlpool, sauna and activity room located in a quiet holiday area on a high-lying natural plot only approx. 700 meters from the sea and beach in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The house was built in the spring of 2019 and contains a living room / kitchen in open connection and with direct access to the terraces, five large bedrooms, loft, two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, 5-person sunken whirlpool and sauna and activity room with billiards, table tennis, darts, air hockey and game console (PS4). With the large living area and the many m2, the house appears very spacious while the many windows provide an absolutely fantastic light throughout the day. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness, tailored decoration. For entertainment, there is fast unlimited internet as well as TV with international channels in the living room and activity room. An air / water heat pump heats the whole house and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a wood burning stove in the living room. Approx. 100 m2 terrace, of which approx. 20 m2 is covered. The plot is an open natural plot, here there are swings and a sandbox for the children. As the house is located at the end of a small slip road, the plot borders a larger open space. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
