The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, a large 140–199 liter freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Accommodation spans five bedrooms (three with double beds and two with twin beds) plus an open mezzanine with two extra mattresses. The home boasts two full bathrooms with underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. A dedicated activity room equipped with table tennis, billiards, air hockey, darts, and a game console guarantees indoor entertainment, while an indoor 5-person whirlpool spa and a 4-person sauna offer complete relaxation. Outdoors, the property features both open and covered terrace space with a garden grill, outdoor seating, and play equipment for children. The house is heated efficiently with an air-to-water heat pump.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
