This cosy, two bed annexe is set amongst a tree lined residential road located in a quiet conservation area close to the shops and beach in Sheringham.Ground Floor, with front door leading into the conservatory with door to open plan lounge/dining room with Smart TV and comfortable sofa with staircase, door to inner lobby with door to kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave, door to family bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Door with 2 steps to bedroom with king size bed.

Outside. Allocated parking space for 1 car. Please note there is no access to the garden.
Please note: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding). High chair available. In the conservatory there is a door to attached separate Main House conservatory. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.
