Great spot not too far from town, peaceful area, the cottage has lots of character.
Nice garden all enclosed so no worry of furry family going missing.
Would definitely use again
Great place.
Fabulous little cottage with everything you could need. Perfect location - easy access to Sheringham, Cromer and bus stops to go further afield if you don’t want to drive. Fantastic, if rather breezy, cliff top walks.

My ideal cottage
A real gem of a cottage in a lovely location. So peaceful overlooking the common and yet only a 10 minute (at most) walk into town and all its amenities. Also very close to good bus service.
Cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need.
The garden at the rear is an added bonus and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine.
The dog loved exploring on the common and it's a great place to exercise your pet when you don't want to go on a longer walk. Lots of other walks on the doorstep too.

what can I say! Everything about this holiday was as I liked.
Myself the cottage is the sort of place that I could live at, nice and cosy and the location was spot on.
Sheringham it’s self nice lots of little shops and plenty of places to eat, have a drink or just sit and relax.
Also enjoyed the ride on the steam train, which brought back memories .
Visit to the horse sanctuary and Cromer.
Best holiday for a long time for me.
Well done
A bit misleading with the garden, wasnt pleasant for us to sit in overgrown with weeds outdoor furniture poor. Neighbours plants overgrown blocking front door entrance which were attracting bees as well.Sofa 2 seater and very uncomfortable so not very relaxing.Overall cleanliness was ok and there was everything you needed apart from dressing table/mirror in a bedroom.Location was good about 15 min walk into the town.
