Beautiful Paris apartment. Location was great w tons of restaurants, shops & bars outside your door. Property manager was easy to access. Bedroom/bathrooms were very small but beds were comfortable. Would stay here again

Beautiful Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Paris, the apartment was perfect for our family of 7! The location was fabulous, right next to the metro and dozens of restaurants. The hots were incredibly attentive, not only did they check on us during our stay but they responded immediately when we had an issue with the air conditioning. I def recommend staying here!

Great stay in Paris

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, efficient use of space apartment. The hallways were a bit worn, but the interior and location were great. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, but the manager was very responsive and fixed them right away. Great home base for exploring Paris!

Wonderful Space in a Great Location

This was a perfect place for our family of 5 as it is perfectly located right in the middle of the city. Very spacious and clean flat with a extremely attentive and professional staff. We worth in walking distance of many of the places that we went to including the Louvre. You definitely feel like part of the city here which is what we wanted. I will be staying here again the next time I bring the whole family.

Great apartment in Paris- Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great part of town surrounded with restaurants and cute shops. We enjoyed the apartment, especially the AIR CONDITIONER during the very hot summer days. The check in was easy, the place was clean, and I love the windows and how you’re able to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I recommend this apartment and really glad we had the experience we did here. Also, very beautiful French decor. We loved it!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time and management/owner was always available to answer questions. The place was clean and the location was perfect. We were able to walk most places we wanted to visit, and public transit is very close to the apartment. The only thing I would clarify is that the loft area is really only suitable for kids (7-13 yrs), as there are stairs leading up to it and the ceiling is very low. All in all I would recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Paris.

Fabulous location

Loved the location and the feeling of the apartment and interior. Third room is really a loft and much smaller than anticipated. Kitchen stuff is pretty minimal, but we didn't really use it. Management was very easy to work with.

Great location and great to have A/C during the heat wave. We walked & took the Metro and averaged 25,000 steps day. We had 7 staying there & we were comfortable. Unit could use one more cutting knife. We had a wonderful trip throughout France & magical Paris

A beautiful and charming apartment

This apartment can be described as very Paris. The pictures on the website are perfectly accurate. An 19th century building with modern appointments. Very close to a Metro station and to Montegueil street with two long blocks of restaurants and eateries. The MERVEIL team was friendly and welcoming. A great seven days.

Good location, many stores and restaurants are around the corner. Apartment is big enough , but 3rd bedroom…. hmmm, it’s open to living room and less privacy compared to other rooms. Overall it’s good balance of price and quality.

Living Like Parisians

This was my bucket list…. Taking my daughter and granddaughters to Paris. This VRBO was like a mini Versailles. All the comforts of home, including air conditioning. It is beautiful! We felt very safe . Bistros and shops at our door step. Shopping mall an easy walk to.We will be back again. Sandra

Wonderful location and apartment

We loved the apartment. It was very well done and had everything we needed for our 4 days in Paris. It had plenty of space and came stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap which I appreciated not having to go buy. The location is wonderful. The Paris contact was informative and helpful with check in and out. We had no problems during our stay. We loved that just one block over we had many restaurants and local shops to buy things. There was a restaurant that was great to us and had wonderful food. Brasserie les petits Carreaux. We would love to visit Paris and stay again some day!

Great location, good to have two bathrooms

This property is very well situated and the local concierge was helpful and responsive. We found the place to be clean and tidy, but the website photos make the apartment look much more chic and up-to-date than it really is. The decor was a bit tired, one "bedroom" is up some steps but open to the living area, with curtains for privacy and a low ceiling like a ship's bunk. The sofa bed in the living room was tired, needing a new mattress. Our group of 4 women had a lovely time, but we would have appreciated more accurate photos and description.

Budget friendly stay

Excellent location for walking and especially for lunch/dining experience with tons of restos within minutes walking distance. The unit is a bit dated but comfortable. 2 bedrooms as described but the third one up the stairs is more a crawl space. You cannot stand up but comfortable enough for sleeping, the kids especially enjoyed it. Bathrooms are small but that is typical in Paris. Main living space is generous even if you unfold the couch bed and the washer/dryer came in very handy! Communication with the management team was seamless and they were very responsive and excellent to work with. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great location!

Although the apartment was lovely, clean and bright the description of the loft as a bedroom was inadequate and misleading. The loft consisted of a mattress on the floor and a space that an average sized adult could not even sit in let alone stand and to get out our son had to crawl out backwards down narrow stairs. We also had a sink and a tub that drained very slowly and were not addressed even though reported. The door to the refrigerator that didn't close was addressed. It would be helpful to have some tissues and paper towels provided.

Property Manager Did Nothing but Talk

We had several mechanical issues with the accommodation that were never resolved. The A/C unit was dripping water. We were told that we should not use it. No attempt to fix. Could not open or close bathroom door!! We were told that the door was heavy. It was off the track!! Carpet was filthy!! Sofa was stained and had cigarette burns .Old wooden stairs with no elevator meant that it was very dangerous carting luggage .

Nice but not perfect

The location is extremely convenient, and the appointments are nicely modern. The pictures on this listing, however, are somewhat misleading. There are two dedicated bedrooms, both of which are largely occupied by their respective beds. Getting around those beds requires some gymnastics as there's very little other space. The mezzanine level is impossible to stand up in, even for children. It holds a bed, but no box spring--that's how weirdly short the space is. And the bathrooms are akin to a plane bathroom: Extremely small! There's one full bathroom, one space with a sink and shower and one water closet. So, two bathrooms total although the second one is bizarrely divided. Everything was clean, but the welcome was lukewarm. We received a lot of rules before checking in (replete with a threat that we'd be kicked out and charged anyway if we violated any of them--nice!). When did get there, we couldn't enter the apartment before 4 p.m., despite arriving at 7 a.m., and only one towel was provided despite reserving the apartment for six guests. Guests are discouraged from calling the emergency number, but we did anyway to get more towels, and they were delivered promptly. All in all, it was convenient and nicely done, but so small for six Americans! I think it'd be perfect for a couple with one child or two couples who really get along.
