2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment in Lapad with a large terrace and parking

This two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (the British convention) of a 3-floor family house.
Apartment can accommodate up to five people, as it's furnished with one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The flat's equipment includes kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning. We provide supplies like oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
Bed linen, towels, as well as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided to all of our guests.

This apartment has access to the large shaded terrace (50 m2 / 540 sq.ft.) furnished with table and chairs. The terrace is shared with our other apartment, but there is a partition between them.

Check in time is after 14:00, but we are flexible about it, depending on other guests departures. You can arrive before check-in time and drop off your luggage at our place, and explore the area around until the place is ready. Check out time is until 10:00, but you can also leave your luggage at our place afterwards until your departure from Dubrovnik.

Based on availability, we can offer you our garage for parking your car during your stay free of charge (reservation required). We would just require a refundable deposit of 50 Euros for the remote controller (you give it on arrival and get it back on departure). Free parking is possible in the street, as well.

If you want to spend your vacations in peace and quiet environment, far from the city crowds, and also to have nearby all you need during your holidays, Lapad is the best choice for you. This part of Dubrovnik is situated 2.5 km from the Old Town. Great bus connections (bus number 6 runs every 10 minutes, the ride takes 10 minutes), makes Lapad one of the most famous parts of Dubrovnik. Lapad is a small centre where you have everything: post office, bank, pharmacy, hairdresser, many small shops, one bigger shopping centre (DOC) with supermarket (Tommy). Also, there is a large beautiful walking area full of cafe bars and restaurants, at the end of which are many beaches of all kinds. In Lapad you can also enjoy in many sports activities such as volleyball, tennis, mini golf...

Lovely place in Lapad

We had a great week here, the flat is perfectly placed for Sunset Beach and there are reasonably priced bars and restaurants near by. We used Uber to get down to Old Town and the fare was about 6-7 Euros. Ivo is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Nice once we got acquainted with the ares

Nice apartment up on the hill. Bus info is not easily accessible in Dubrovnik, but once we found some info, it was easier. Lovely to walk around Lapad and the beaches are beautiful. Nice patio in unit and easy to dry clothes. Host was very responsive and even found some beach towels for us - thank you!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. This is a great property in a nice quiet location - it is not situated in the old town so is not too busy and hectic. It was really nice to go into the old town, then retreat back to our little sanctuary!There are some good restaurants nearby, and it's really easy to catch the number 6 bus to old town (takes about 10 minutes). There's also a good supermarket close by so we bought bread, milk, fruit, etc.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, nice and spacious and our host Ivo was very responsive to our messages. He even arranged for a van to pick us up from the airport. In summary if you're looking for an affordable apartment in a nice quiet area with easy access to the old town, then this is the ideal place.

Convenient and cute!

We loved the location and amenities of this lovely apartment! Having two full bathrooms was so convenient. We didn’t have a rental car here, but the owners offered us garage parking if we needed it. There was a large outdoor terrace, too! We Uber’ed everywhere—fast and inexpensive. Old City was a ten minute drive. We also enjoyed Copacabana beach nearby. Highly recommend this pleasant apartment for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you!

Great apartment and a kind host

Very tidy, spacious and clean apartment. Has its own garage which we liked a lot. The terrace is spacious and a joy to chill there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. No need to bother with parking lots in Old Town Dubrovnik, for just a few euros Uber picks you up and takes you there in 15-20 min, so the distance from Old Town is not a problem. Also, the area has a lot of markets around, which adds pros to this apartment. The host was super kind and helpful. Everything you need for a cosy stay in Dubrovnik.

Lovely Location in Lapad

We booked this reservation as soon as we knew we would be going to Dubrovnik and the location is fabulous. A short walk to the promenade near the beach and within range of great restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops, and coffee shops. We decided to walk to Dubrovnik Old Town one day; it took us about 35 minutes to walk to the Old Town, which was doable for our family. One of the great features about this property was the garage; for a 50 euro deposit, we were guaranteed a place to park. Ivo and his mother, Jelka, were very helpful and prompt in their communication with us. While we were there, the laundry machine was out of service, but Jelka graciously offered to do our laundry for us (we had enough clothes, so we did not take her up on it, but it was so very kind of her to offer).Back to parking -- we learned during our stay in Croatia (we were there for two weeks) that parking is not always easy to come by, so if you are renting a car, this is a great spot to stay. We also really enjoyed the outdoor patio space; we had a great view of the neighborhood, nearby hills, and cruise port in the distance. It was a wonderful place to enjoy our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. I also travel with my yoga mat, and it was a sweet place to do a little yoga. Overall, we were comfortable and felt at home in this cozy apartment.

Well located flat run by very friendly people!

I was visiting Dubrovnik with a friend, and it was a struggle to find a place to stay that would guarantee separate beds that wasn’t unreasonably priced! Then I stumbled across this apartment which would allow us to have separate rooms for our 4 night stay. Location did make me hesitate on booking this as it's in the new town of Lapad rather than the old town, but I’d have no problem staying here again. You are 5 minutes walk away from an easy bus ride to the old town, 5 minutes walk away from a strip of restaurants and bars, and 5 minutes walk away from the port where many boat trips and watersports are based. We found a few of the things we booked were Lapad-based anyway, and any booked excursions will do a pick-up from somewhere close by. Despite the proximity to attractions, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, so you won't have trouble sleeping - especially as it also has air conditioning which I really appreciated to cool the flat down at night! Also, the people who run this apartment are great, and they’ll meet with you on the first night to ensure you can find your way around. They’ll also give you suggestions on things to do or places to eat at if you want them. And they’ll go out of their way to ensure your trip goes smoothly – thank you Martina for taking us back to the airport and feeding us chocolate brownies! Overall, a great base to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. An enjoyable stay!

Parfait pour visiter dubrovnik

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui parlent très bien anglais. Petites attentions sympathiques :bière et jus dans le frigo, biscuits apéritifs, explications sur quoi visiter, l’accès à la ville et remise d’un plan. Appartement conforme et propre, très calme. 2 salles de bains très pratiques pour 5. Bus à 5 mn à pied qui mène directement à la vieille ville. Supermarché à 5 mn et plage à 10 mn à pied. On a dû quitter le logement à 10h mais les propriétaires nous ont proposé de garder nos bagages jusqu’à ce que nous partions pour l Aeroport dans l’après midi.

Ivo est un propriétaire très réactif et sympathique, toujours disponible afin de répondre aux questions diverses (restaurants, transport...). Il nous avait même organisé notre transport en taxi de l'aéroport! Le logement est agréable, dans un quartier très calme, bien situé par rapport au centre de Dubrovnik et à la plage. Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

Right up until a couple of days before we were due to arrive we weren't sure if we would be able to go due to the constantly changing restrictions but Ivo constantly kept in touched and then still managed to accommodate us when our flights were changed. Ivo & Martina could not have been better hosts they even picked us up at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the area before we were taken to the apartment. The apartment in exactly as listed, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and fully of little artworks by Martina which were amazing and a great touch. The apartment was conveniently located being only a 10 minute walk to Lapad Beach passing lots of bars & restaurants along the way on the strip. The beach was a perfect place to sit and watch the breathtaking sunsets every evening. The old town was each to reach either by bus or taxi (we downloaded the Uber App as recommended by Martina and this was perfect costing around £5/trip). We walked the wall which was amazing and felt like we were part of the Game of Thornes Set. Also the port is only 5 mins away where you can catch a boat to all the islands which are amazing. Also trips to Montenegro and Bosnia can be arranged locally. Martina is very happy to assist with bookings, lots of helpful information and suggestions of things to see and do and places to eat. She also baked us the most delicious cakes, made cherry juice and brough us fresh figs for breakfast. The cherries and figs were picked from her own garden. The apartment has a beautiful large balcony with furniture and is always warm and sunny from first thing in the morning and long after sunset which makes it the perfect spot for breakfast and dinner and lots of long cool drinks. We had the most perfect holiday with the most perfect hosts. Ivo and Martina cannot do enough for you. At the end of our trip we had to leave early due to Croatia being removed from the exemption list. Ivo and Martina did everything they could to help us get away phoning ferry companies and then taking us down the terminal to sort details and taking us for our ferry. Then waving us off from the apartment balcony. I cannot recommend Dubrovnik enough it is such an amazing place full of the most amazing people. Thank you so much Ivo and Martina and their two lovely children for making our holiday so perfect. Hope to see you all soon.

What a fantastic apartment... location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Owners Ivo and Martina were so helpful. Homemade Chocolate treats were popped round to us and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well equipped and lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend 😊

Schönes Appartement mit sauberer Einrichtung. Alles nötige vorhanden. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Highlight war die große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Super Lage. Nicht weit weg von der Altstadt und zu Fuß kann man relativ schnell Supermärkte, Restaurants und den Strand erreichen.

Perfect apartment nearby Sunset Beach

The apartment had everything you might need, from sheets and towels to utensils in the kitchen. The two bedroom are big and the beds are very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The bathroom were clean and big enough. The fact that you have a washing machine is really useful. The terrace was one of the perks of the apartment, we ate almost every meal there and it was really nice. The location for us was perfect, because it’s a really nice and quiet area but at the same time it’s a 5-10 minutes walk to Sunset Beach and a long street full of restaurant and bars near the sea, and a 10 minutes bus ride to the Old Town. There is also a Tommy Supermarket close by, very convenient. But the best thing about this apartment was Martina, who took us from the airport and from day one was always helpful giving us tips and telling us stories. She was always available if we needed anything, and she even gifted us with a bottle of Croatian wine just because a minor inconvenience occurred with the electricity, the power went off for a couple hour at night and she immediately called for help and everything was resolved. This was one of our best experience with a host, so we would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to visit Dubrovnik.
